This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were very quiet, beautifully comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Every detail was immaculate, just like during our first visit. Everything worked flawlessly, making our stay completely stress-free. A true 10/10 experience all around — we’ll definitely be back again!

The flat itself was super nice, a warm and welcoming atmosphere since the beginning. Chocolates for guests were left on the table, which was a nice touch.
For the entrance you need a key code and then the keys are left in a little safe box by the door, which was the tricky part, as we didn't understand the instructions at first. We managed after 5 minutes though:) Host was super nice and helpful.
Appliances for coffee and a boiler were supplied, and a hairdryer too! Around the flat, a lot of small restaurants and 2 big shopping malls in a just 15/20 mins walk. Overall experience was super nice, my family loved the place and we will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you Sylwia:)

Smooth check-in, spacious flat, everything you need is there. Great location. Comfortable bed. I would highly recommend it.

Lovely, spaceius and clean apartment. The bathroom and bedrooms had everything we needed, almost the same with the kitchen (some missing appliances/poor quality).
We weren't informed beforehand that we only had two parking options. One was to park on the street, which we had to pay for and register every day - besides that we never knew if there would be a parking spot for us. The second option was to pay 40 zl per day to park in a private parking lot. In the end it was cheapest for us to park on the street, since we went to the city by car almost every day.
We were disiappointed that the only coffee mashine available was a dolce gusto, which meant that we had to buy coffee capsules and also ours would not make the coffee properly hot. We know how these should work, but this one cannot be compared (in quality) to the identical one we have at home.
Besides that we were not able to turn up the heat. On the colder days the apartment was freezing, because the radiators were at a fixed temperature (if at any temperature at all).
Lastly we like our home decently clean, which was not an option since the vacuum cleaner didn't really work very well.
