Loud Party and dating spot! Arrogant host!
The only thing that is good about this apartment is its central location - easy to access public transport and shops.
The unit is adjacent to another one and divided with a very thin wall only which means you will hear absolutely everything what other guests are saying and doing next door. And you will hear it from your bedroom! From the very first night (we booked for a week) the guests next door where having a party, inviting very young girls to their unit and different ones every evening (!) and they were all behaving very loud, shouting, screaming, moving objects, playing loud music. When we asked them to stop, it didn't help and they were partying till after midnight. We informed the owner and he let us know they would contact the guests. It didn't help. My wife wasn't feeling well and had no choice but to leave the apartment around midnight to sleep with her family as the noise was unbearable. The next evening the same situation happened but this time the guests were becoming aggressive when we asked them to stop and even threatened us. There is a sign on the apartment doors that parties are not allowed and even though when we called the host again he was very sarcastic and not helpful, saying the company cannot do anything about the noise and their badly behaving guests!!!! We were shocked with the attitude and couldn't bare to stay another night knowing we would face the same mess over the next few days. We left the apartment next morning and asked for refund for the next 5 remaining days which we wouldn't use. Our claim was rejected by the host who arrogantly and sarcastically said that our issue is groundless to claim a refund! Stay clear from this host and this property and be aware that this building (which was a good spot to stay many years ago) has become a party spot and is often used by travellers in transition who prefer to party, date or who knows what else. You may expect any kind of behaviour and the host will not do anything about it as its not in their policy and they will expect you to sort it out and call the police when the worst comes.

Good value for money short stay
lt was convenient location, easy 24/7 access and good size of the accomodation. Overall it was clean with comfortable furniture.
Nice and friendly staff, able smoothly amend our reservation request (extended stay).
It is suppose to be non-smoking accomodation, but it was a strong smell of smoking once we have arrived.
Also, there is a strong smell of canalisation in the bathroom.

Horrible WiFi, dirty, without air-conditioned, a broken sink, small bed, and sofa, poor cleaning, extremely aggressive staff who demanded additional payments from me for 2 weeks and ignored all my requests and requests for the apartment for 2 weeks of living.

Nice and cosy apartment, with a small kitchen and fridge.
The elevator wasn't working for two out of three days we stayed there, so we had to walk until the top floor (14th floor). It was a good exercise haha. And there was a strange smell in the corridor.

Exceptional
I like that I could check in any time, there is a supermarket, a chemist's , a market in one-minute walk from the appartments. Also, the appartments are not far from the bus and train stations. And the best thing is that it was not noisy and I could have a great rest after a 2-day journey.

Tenía una fuga agua del radiador salía agua se lo escribí pero no dijeron nada y la cama suena mucho no se puede mover por que suena mucho pienso que hay que ajustarlo
