Sofa w salonie miała oderwane oparcie oraz boki co uniemożliwiało korzystanie z niej. W dniu przyjazdu zgłosiłam to i zapewniono mnie że na drugi dzień rano tym się zajmą. Po kolejnych dwóch dniach czekania na naprawę napisałam kolejną wiadomość do obsługi i otrzymałam odpowiedź że sofa zostanie zabrana do naprawy po weekendzie czyli gdy mój pobyt się skończy. Nikt nie był oglądać sofę czyli wiedzieli że jest uszkodzona wynajmując mi apartament. Zapytałam co w tej sytuacji proponują ale do dziś nie odpowiedzieli… dodatkowo w całym apartamencie była bardzo brudna podłoga, pilot od tv w sypialni nie działał. Jest bardzo głośno w nocy, nie można mieć otwartych okien. Bardzo brzydki zapach z odpływu prysznica. Wynajmowałam apartament nr 315
