Excellent apartment

Exceptional location in the center of the Old Town. Parking for cars near. And good restaurants near. Easy access to the apartment.

To improve the quality of staying i will advice 2 extra pillows for comfort in bed instead of 1. In the kitchen it would be great to have a water boiler for coffee or tea and a pot for tea.

Comfortable stay in Szczecin Old Town

Perfect position, located in the Old Town, with a mini supermarket downstairs and close to public transport stops. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay, kitchen included, and has plenty of space for luggages. Easy check-in at Hotel Zamek, a 5-min walk away.

You can easily hear noises from the street or from other rooms.

Could be wonderful, disappointing in reality

The place is very clean and aesthetic. It’s located in a central area and next to the river. I would give it a 10, if not the incident on our first night and the apathy of the staff.

Very disappointing stay. The fire alarm went off TWICE in the middle of the night (4:00 and 7:00 AM), forcing all guests to evacuate into the cold in pajamas. It was terrifying and disruptive. When I contacted the host, they claimed it wasn't their responsibility and offered no solution or apology. This completely ruined our rest and made the stay extremely unpleasant. I couldn’t sleep and the main day of the vacation was spent on trying to get some sleep, and changing our plans. Would not recommend unless you enjoy being woken up in panic and treated with indifference!

Exceptional

The apartment has a very good location, nearby the river. The place was clean, organized, really comfortable and perfect for a stay. Small candies, tea and coffee on the kitchen table, fresh and clean towels in the bathroom. Eventhough I stayed only a night, I am absolutely satisfied with the apartment and I wish I could have stayed longer. I really recommend the place!

Amazing, all good

We chose this accommodation as a one night stay after a long journey, but we regret not staying longer. It totally exceeded our expectations, a beautiful new apartment. Great kitchen. Cetrum Szczecin has a great wipe... recommend :)

Great location (but hard to find parking, and very expensive when you did). Nice, newish building with too much "smart" tech.

Stupid tech, poor choice of materials (plastic "wood"), AC thermostats not working, shower drain inadequate, sofa impossible to sit in

Perfect location in modern building

The location was perfect and the apartment was well equipped and clean.

The only thing that bothered me was, that as it was for 4 people, there were 4 cups, 4 glasses and also the same number of spoons and other utensils. Sometimes you need more even if you are only 4.

Parking ok in acceptabel distance, some places free of charge, others not. Very friendly and helpful lady at check in, check in was in another hotel some 100 Meters away from the apartments.

Gut one key that was not working. Man at reception could have been more friendly. Should learn a little bit from the lady, without the good windows lot of noise in the streets and bar in front of the appartment-windows.

Great place for families.

The apartment was absolutely spotless. Great facility, great decor. Really spacious. View was great straight onto the river. Location is in a regenerated area with lots of spaces to visit, coffee shops, wine bars. Literally just next to key sights and walking distance from city centre.

The only thing to note was that there was no microwave or oven. It has two hobs.

Die Lage war gut, mitten im Zentrum.

Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich schwierig. Es gab nur Parkplätze an den Straßen und viele waren besetzt. Die Schlüssel mussten bei einem Hotel abgeholt werden, das Apartment war an einer anderen Straße. Das Apartment war groß genug, aber die Küchenaustattung war recht spärlich. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine, auch keine French-Press. Nur 1 Päckchen Pulverkaffee pro Person.

Moderný, štýlovo zariadený apartmán v centre.

Úplne nová budova aj apartmán, čistý a navoňaný. Je v pešej dostupnosti od centra aj od rieky kde si môžete zájsť na plavbu. Hneď pod budovou reštaurácie aj obchod s potravinami. Mali sme apartmán s vaňou, ktorá bola veľká a pohodlná. Úplná spokojnosť. V blízkosti bola aj možnosť pohodlne zaparkovať pod mostami, my sme boli cez víkend bezplatne, v pracovné dni je parkovanie spoplatnené.

Nicht mit Auto, ansonsten super

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Kurz Aufenthalt benötigt. Sehr freundlicher Herr an der Rezeption, wir konnten direkt nach Ankunft schon am späten Vormittag einchecken.

Problematisch war das Parken, d.h. die Unterkunft eignet sich vor allem für Leute, die nicht mit dem Auto da sind. Angegeben war, dass es Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Auch beim Suchfilter „Parken“ war dieses Unterkunft dabei. Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind allerdings eine theoretische Option, es handelt sich um teure Parkplätze für Kurzzeitparker. Dir auf Dauer sehr teuer werden. Und die müssen auch erst einmal überhaupt frei sein. So haben wir recht weit entfernt parken müssen, 15 min Fußweg.

Wszystko było super .Blisko do deptaka jeszcze bliżej do restauracji . Super lokalizacja !!! Przemiła obsługa !!!! Apartament czyściutki ,klimatyzacja działała bez zarzutu a to ważne w upalne dni . Jesteśmy zachwyceni okolicą .Polecamy z całego serducha .

Brak miejsca parkingowego to jedyny minus . Fakt można parkować na parkingach płatnych ale doba za niejsce to 100 zł.My zaparkowaliśmy pół godziny od miejsca docelowego tam doba wynosiła 70 zł.

Czysto, cicho, bardzo blisko bulwarów, bliskość lokali usługowych /sklep, restauracje, kawiarnie/ oraz niewielka odległość do komunikacji miejskiej.

Jedyny "mankament" to kwestia otwarcia drzwi na klatkę. Trzeba było użyć bardzo dużej siły aby to zrealizować.

Obiekt ładny. Nowoczesny. W miarę dobrze wyposażony, chociaż mając porównanie do podobnych poziomem apartamentów - przeciętnie. Na jedną noc jest w sam raz. Dłuższego pobytu raczej nie polecałbym. Proponuję nie sugerować się opisami na stronie booking.com.

W ZASADZIE CZUJĘ SIĘ OSZUKANY. Odbiór kluczy - z olbrzymim problemem. Obsługa zaproponowała rezygnację z noclegu w apartamencie, za który nie przysługuje zwrot opłaty z pozostawieniem klienta bez noclegu. Taką propozycję uznaję za delikatnie mówiąc niestosowną. Wg opisu w Booking.com: - miał być zestaw kosmetyków. Nie było kompletnie nic. - miały być środki czystości. Nie było nic. Gąbka do mycia naczyń naczyń zużyta, odrażająca. Konieczne było zakupienie własnych. - z udogodnień miał być parking przynależny do obiektu bez rezerwacji miejsc - nic takiego nie było. OBIEKT NIE DYSPONUJE ŻADNYM PARKINGIEM. Nieopodal znajduje się parking płatny miejski z niewielką liczbą miejsc. Konieczne było zaparkowanie pojazdu 550m od obiektu. Jestem osobą niepełnosprawną. To duży problem z przeniesieniem własnych rzeczy. TAK SIE NIE ROBI. TO NIEUCZCIWE. - miał być widok na miasto, a był jedynie widok na budynek na przeciwko w odległości ok. 10 m i konieczność zasłaniania okien, aby uniknąć podglądania. Dokumentacja wystawiona za pobyt niekompletna i nie za nocleg w obiekcie w którym nocowałem. Ogólnie bardzo źle. Złożona zostanie osobna reklamacja oraz negatywne opinie na temat obiektu zarówno zarezerwowanego, jak i obiektu z którego pobierałem klucze.
