Bardzo czysto, apartament bardzo ładny, super okolica , na plus prywatne miejsce parkingowe , możliwość pobytu z pieskiem , dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Na pewno tu wrócę.

Ogólnie mieszkanie niezłe, chociaż zaniedbane. Wielki plus za podziemny garaż. Bezkontaktowe zameldowanie. Wystarczająca ilość środków czystości w łazience i kuchni.
Z praktycznych rozwiązań samego mieszkania: brak rolet w oknach, sypialnia otwarta na salon, tylko kilka wieszaków w przedpokoju, krzesła przy blacie w kuchni są za wysokie i przez to niewygodne. Brak prywatności na balkonie od strony sąsiada (szpara pomiędzy płytą a ścianką). Kołdra na lato za ciepła. Brak porządnego sprzątania, ręczniki szare (niedoprane?).

Die Lage ist wirklich gut und das Apartment ist schön und hell eingerichtet. Das Bett ist bequem, ein moderner TV ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay eingerichtet.
Das Bad, insbesondere die Dusche war nicht sauber. Die Ecken der Dusche waren schwarz vor Schimmel, was man durch eine gründliche Reinigung ohne Probleme beseitigen könnte. Es waren viele Spinnengeweben an den Zimmerdecken. Die Abdunkelung für die Nacht ist leider nicht wirklich möglich, da nur lichtdurchlässige Vorhänge vorhanden sind. Ich habe in der Zeit sehr schlecht und wenig geschlafen.
