Everything was lovely and very comfortable. Apartment was very clean, big and bright. We got bigger apartment which was absolutely great and we were very grateful. Location is excellent – very close to the city Centre but quiet in the same time. On arrival we had a still and sparkling water, great tasting coffee and a big range of tea. Management very helpful, easy to contact with and very nice. Highly recommended to stay at.

Wonderful place with fantastic view

Very well equipped modern apartment with an amazing view. It was spotless clean and quiet - during the day and at night. The balcony with such view was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee.

Check in process could be a bit improved - sharing of the keys to the self check in could be sent a bit earlier, rather than just before expected arrival.

Do not recommend for more than 2 people

This apartment is not designed for 4 people as advertised by the owner. The second sofa is not suitable for sleeping, it was very hard and had a solid partition that puts pressure on the back and when you unfold it, it blocks the passage to the kitchen, that is, you need to cross the sofa. Also, Wi-Fi stopped working a few hours after check-in, the hostess repeatedly ignored the questions that she was asked in the chat.

In city center is very good Indian Restaurant.

The interior is really nicely and qualitatively furnished. The hosts were very friendly and communicated by text messages. Was very good internet. Very quite place. City center is near apartament.

The sofa was broken, so we put sofa pillows under it to make it comfortable for the children to sleep. Used coffee capsules were left in the coffee machine, but there were none for us.

1 . The apartment is not in the area that it was mentioned on the booking site!!!!!! In fact it is Very far from center. 2. Disgusting smell was in the apartment, seems from animals, and in dishwasher mashing too. 3. The floor in the room was very sticky. 4. There was no toilet paper at all. 5. There was no antibacterial soap against COVID-19

nice apartments in 1 km from city center

the apartment is pretty good: modern, light and cozy; you can find inside all of you need for a short stay. the building, where this apartment is located, is a part of quite new complex. it is safe and closed for strangers. location is also good - you can reach city center in 10 minutes by foot.

bed was a bit squeaky and not so comfortable; some problems with adjusting of convinient temperature of water in shower (i suppose it is a common problem in the whole house); i found a little difficult to find right building and parking places for first time in the building complex

The host was really supportive all through. We called her up even at 10 PM when we arrived and she provided us with the pin. The apartment has everything that you need, very elegantly done. Enough extra bedding stored. The kitchen was full equipped. Well maintained apartment. Easy to find the location.

Though it was clean from outside, in the kitchen everything you touch was way beyond dirty. None of the utensils/ plates was washed. Old stale food crumbles were everywhere on the plates and pots. The oven hasn’t been clean since ages and same with the water boiler. Honestly speaking in such a clean apartment the cleanliness of the kitchen was a real bummer. The WiFi didn’t work,though it didn’t bother us much for a night. If they take care of the kitchen now on, we would love to stay here every time we visit Szczecin.

Apartament ładny wizualnie.

Po dojechaniu na miejsce dowiedzieliśmy się że przygotowany jest dla nas inny (większy) apartament - w zupełnie innym miejscu. Apartament śmierdzący dymem papierosowym i niezbyt czysty. Zamrażarka zarośnięta lodem tak, że nie dało się wysunąć szuflady. Lodówka też brudna. Problem z płatnością kartą (mimo braku śladów jakiejkolwiek operacji po stronie banku) udało się rozwiązać po kilku dniach.

Es wurden ca. 25 % mehr abgebucht als vereinbart! Angeblich für weder gebuchten noch genutzten Parkplatz und Wechselgebühren meiner Bank, welche nicht angefallen sind. Der Sachverhalt ließ sich innerhalb von 3 Wochen nicht klären. Letztendlich habe ich vom Booking.com-Kundenservice eine Rückerstattung erhalten. Rechnung warte ich bis heute drauf... Ich würde dieser Unterkunft nie wieder meine Kreditkartendaten anvertrauen
