Nautica... NEVER AGAIN

There was warm water.

So they trick you with huge discounts into booking a place you will not receive. The lack of attendance and service at Nautica is unbelievable. Worst place ever! We paid for a balcony but had NO balcony. We were supposed to have free parking, NO free parking. The code to get into the premises was even wrong! We had to ask the neighbors to be able to use the communal doors. No service whatsoever! We never met a human being of Nautica that we could have talked to. No one answers the phone, no one answers emails. The whole apartment is badly maintained. All doors are jammed and not maintained. The shower is badly constructed so you have the bathroom full of water every time you take a shower. The worst thing though is being lied to. Please compare their pictures, including balcony a.s.o., with my pictures! Nautica, never again!

The flat it self was very very nice, and very nice shower room.

The car park to check in and lugage were tricky and to get to the room, might be we were very tired and with my 80 years old parents, might be easier for younger people. Only one toilet rolll paper for 4 people on a Saturday night (no shops and no reception) was not good.

Nice and helpful reception. Simple and new apartment. We appreciate the blackout blinds in bedroom. sufficient kitchen equipment. you could see that the apartment was new (which we liked because we were a bit worried about the reviews) and that it still lacked practical details. The apartment was a little different from the equipment listed in the listing, but otherwise everything was fine.

despite the information in the listing there was no sound isolation. So we heard every single word from our neighbors or from their TV. This is unpleasant, especially if the neighbors are not respectful.

There are no day light curtains. It's a bit weird based on the fact that there were apartments literally 10m away.... When you are about to pay, you must be able to see what exactly apartment you are paying for and not have 4 or 5 choices

the room has Smokey smell and after few time you will also realize some other odd odor as well . only few utilities available for cooking even the apartment has kitchen . bed was not comfortable at all .

Friendly staff. Clear instructions on how to take a keys. Clean room. Kettle and tea/coffee/sugar. Washing machine (didn't use). Dish machine (didn't use). TV. Refrigerator.

dream stay

The apartment is the most delightful experience in the 3 weeks european trip. The space is so huge and the cost is so economic. I want to stay there for months!

It's pet friendly so dog pied on the sofa but no one noticed. I am ok with dogs that I don't mind but others would not be happy about that.
