Schöne große Altbau Wohnung in der Nähe des Spaß Bades. Welches sehr gut ist. Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Innenstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten auch alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. ca. 20-25min Fußweg. Viele gute Restaurants. Taxi und Uber erschwinglich. Parkplätze am Haus öffentlich und kostenlos. Nette fürsorglicher Vermieter. Preis Leistung super, ideal für einen Stadt Urlaub.
Die Elektronik in der Wohnung ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Offene Steckdose im Schlafzimmer, Deckenlampen in allen Räumen, ausser Küche, ließen sich nicht anschalten. Der Vermieter war aber zweimal da und hat versucht es zu reparieren. Leider erfolglos. Es hat uns nicht sonderlich gestört da es lange hell war. Aber er will es so schnell wie möglich reparieren. Die Wohnung befindet sich hinter einer viel befahrenen Straße. Polnische AMG und Motorrad Fahrer fahren auch in der Stadt schnell und laut. Mit geschlossenem Fenster aber nicht so schlimm. Der Backofen braucht mal eine richtige Tiefen und Reinigung und die Dusch Ablauf Rinne auch.

Bel appartement vaste, très bien équipé, cuisine et salle de bains d'excellent niveau, décoration et ameublement plaisants. Wifi efficace. Propreté impeccable et plaisir de trouver gel douche et shampoings de qualité.
Excellente réactivité du propriétaire.
Facilité de stationnement à proximité.
Situation idéale à 5 minutes d'un parc, 10 minutes de la plupart des sites intéressants du centre-ville.
À recommander !
Aucun reproche, hormis un ou deux ustensiles manquants dans la cuisine.
