The location was busy and noisy until 23:00 but also nice for accessing the major sites. These photos are the view from

It was a novelty to sleep on a boat. Also the location was good for walking along the river and to the Old Town.

I didn’t realize it wouid be right in the middle of a noisy, touristy amusement park. Also, the windows had no screens and mosquitoes came in.

The WORST ACCOMODATION in my travelling

Nice idea, houseboat in port :)

Noisy and super lighting LUNAPARK 20 m !! from housboat till 23 p.m., minimum ventilation in a night, the sun to the bed from 5 a.m., no cartoons, no privacy, DUBLE houseboat WITHOUT noisy isolation!!. A lot of mosquitos, no web in windows and doors, the cheapest equipment from ikea, the super soft WORST BED in my life! A lot of dust under the bed. Dangerous elekricity! Full glassed walls and no aircondition?! What?! I had to leave room at 6 a.m.!!! because it wasn't room, but glasshouse! My absolutely WORST travel experience ever and I use Booking.com many years. The high price is for nothing...... No relax.....

Bathroom is unusable. If have to use the bathroom, you have to go some place else, like restaurant etc. Another issue is that the suction in the shower is done poorly, so despite looking fabolous and the hot water, you have to take a quick shower to not not flood the bathroom

Turns out the houseboat is next to a tivoli. You get 90s eurodisco songs mixed together (from each ride) at loud volume until 23hrs. The host did not inform us of this.

Lovely boat and great to wake up in the Harbour.

Great boat, has everything that you need for a short stay and good location near to the city center and in walking distance (15 min) to central station.

The boat is directly next to the Holiday Park Stettin, that is quite noisey, if you would like to have some more privacy or calmness in the evening you won't get it here before 11/12 pm. Apart from that still beautiful location in the harbour (prepare for the Mosquitos!). Also the bed is quite noisey even if you turn around.

Beautiful and authentic!

The location at the harbour was amazing. Also the houseboat was amazing. Very cute, nice, little and authentic. It was cozy, the bed was comfy, and they had a coffee machine and the toilets etc. were very clean. The host was very punctuate and nice. The key handing over was quick and easy. Also the host was nice enough to let us check in a little earlier since we arrived after a long car drive. All in one - it was an unforgettable and pleasant stay during Covid time! BTW - you can park the car just outside the boat, also a big plus!

The area around was loud at night, young people were drifting with their cars and playing loud music but if you're not too sensitive it's totally okay. But people who awake at every little sound should take Ohropax with them :)

Dobra lokalizacja, ładny wystrój, fajny bajer.

Nie opłaca się go brać. Byliśmy jesienią, więc nie skorzystaliśmy z tarasu na górze barki. To co widać przed wejściem do obiektu (ten "kontener" mieszkalny) jest tak naprawdę podzielone na dwa, więc powierzchnia jest maluteńka. Nie można spuszczać papieru toaletowego, trzeba go wyrzucać do kosza na śmieci - pewna upierdliwość. Okienka od strony łóżka nie mają przesłonki, więc nie czuje się pełni prywatności. Ogólnie fajnie, ale nie za te pieniądze. Nie ma też mikrofali.

Lokalizacja fajna, fajny pomysł z domkami na wodzie. W okolicy sporo atrakcji, do centrum miasta chwila spacerkiem, wszystko w zasięgu ręki.

No jakość do ceny tragiczna. Łóżko połamane, zapadało się, nie szło się wyspać, ani naprawić tego, widać że już zużyte porządnie. Tapety odklejają się od ścian, SZYBA POBITA, nawet nie sklejona, przez którą wieczorem non stop pełno komarów i innego robactwa się dostawało. Telewizor co z tego, że jest na wyposażeniu jak nie odbiera żadnych, podstawowych kanałów?

Ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Stadt - dafür hat es sich gelohnt … Allerdings wurde verschwiegen dass man unmittelbar neben der Kirmes lag Am Ende überwog für uns der Blick zumal die Kirmes um 24. Uhr Schluss machte … Cool war der Platz auf dem Dach den man aber noch gemütlicher machen könnte …

Nie polecam obiektu i podejscie właściciela obiektu do zgłoszonej reklamcji. Sprawa napewno trafi do sądu.

Tragedia , obiekt za 1000 zl doba ……

Nasz pobyt w tym miejscu był ogromnym rozczarowaniem i całkowicie odbiegał od tego, co było pokazane w ofercie. Już na samym początku okazało się, że warunki są nie do przyjęcia – wnętrze było brudne, panował nieprzyjemny zapach, a temperatura w domu sięgała 33°C . Wszystko, co było przedstawione w ogłoszeniu, mijało się z rzeczywistością. Gospodarz zachował się skrajnie nieprofesjonalnie – mimo że od razu zrezygnowaliśmy z pobytu, odmówił zwrotu pełnej kwoty. Dodatkowo wprost zaznaczył, że anulowaliśmy rezerwację, abyśmy nie mogli dodać opinii, co jest absolutnie nie do przyjęcia i świadczy o lekceważeniu klientów. Na domiar złego za malutkiego psa chciał dodatkową opłatę 50 zł przez Blika. Zdecydowanie odradzamy to miejsce – brak uczciwości, higieny i jakiejkolwiek troski o gości sprawia, że pobyt tutaj jest po prostu niemożliwy do zaakceptowania.

Jako eksperyment TAK jako pobyt NIE. Tylko dla żeglarza to komfort. Ogólnie szybko uciekłem.

Pomysł fajny lecz rozczarowało mnie miejsce. Dla żeglarza pobyt super, dla turysty mało wygodna opcja - odradzam. Tylko jako eksperyment. Brak klimy ( co dziwne nad wodą ) to problem.

Szkoda, że nikt nie poinformował że obok jest Lunapark. Brak żaluzji lub rolet, niepełny komplet firanek - komary szaleją, nie można przez to wywietrzyć. Nie szło się załonić do końca. Przez to strasznie nagrzane pomieszczenie .

A szállás egyedi élményt ad, de ebben az időszakban a vidámpark miatt pihenésre alkalmatlan.

A szállás szuper, a képeknek megfelelő a felszereltség. Tiszta és igényes. A kilátás csodálatos, a varos nevezetességeinek a nagy része a szemünk elé tárul.

Borzasztó csalódottak voltunk, amikor kiderült, hogy egy hatalmas vidámpark mellett helyezkedik el. A képeken ebből semmi nem látszott. Éjszaka 11-ig nagyon hangos zene, villogó fények, kiabáló emberek. Egyik kommentben sem olvastunk erről, ezt tudva nem választottuk volna ezt a szallast. A leírásban egy mondat jelzi, hogy a nyári időszakban rendezvenyek lehetnek a környéken, de ekkora telepített fix szórakoztató egységre nem gondoltunk.

Das Inventar ist schon in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch ok. Und das Außengeländer, dass war ziemlich gefährlich, da sollte sich keiner anlehnen. Sonst war alles ok.

Pomysł bardzo fajny , ale zaniedbane wszystko

Bardzo mało miejsca , podłoga , fotele , stolik wszystko było uszkodzone . Przez nieskręcone barierki można było wpaść do wody . Za głośno , sklep żabka oddalony o 1 km , oczekiwania w kolejce 30 min . Brak wymiany ręczników .

Super Lage direkt im Hafen mit Blick auf die Stadt. Beste Lage zum relaxen und für Radtouren. Die Unterkunft ist normal ausgestattet gem. den Beschreibungen. Der Vermieter hat nach einem Schaden im Haus sofort Abhilfe geschaffen, einen Dolmetscher organisiert und alles sehr freundlich geregelt.

Die Bezeichnung "Boot" ist etwas irreführend, besser wäre "Bungalow auf dem Wasser".
