Thank god I only booked one night

The location was great and it was a nice apartment

The fact that there was no heating on or working at this time of the year or any at that is shocking. Im absolutely disgusted as it meant I got little to no sleep i was that cold . It was freezing in the whole apartment.

Weekend layover in a really nice city

Old classical building with spacious high ceilings, thick walls and great temperature control. A kitchenette included Dolce Gusto coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher. Lots of glasses, cups and plates, cutlery, perhaps for 6 people. Bathroom included washing machine. Cheerful but not jarring interior. Interesting paintings, pleasure to look at and ponder about. Very good location, a quiet corner with walking distances to the city center, restaurants, port caffes, grocery shopping.

Bathroom had ventilation problem which allowed some terrible smoking smell into the bathroom, which became unbearable, so we had to keep the ventilator fan running all the time to prevent the smoke smell build up. The clothe-drying heater did not work, perhaps the whole heating system was off due to summer heat. WiFi password did not work, had to request a working one. The windows could not keep the street noise away, we could hear passers-by talk, luckily the city was very quiet over the weekend, so we were not bothered.

Świetne miejsce dla podróżującej rodziny! Apartament czysty , zadbany i bardzo ładnie urządzony.

Apartament czysty, zadbany, ładnie urządzony, świetna lokalizacja.Filmiki z instrukcją wejścia były bardzo przydatne. Wygodne łóżko, wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu łącznie z ekspresem do kawy :) Polecam!

Wszystko było ok, profesjonalnie , tak trzymać, bardzo ładna aranżacja pokojów.

Jedynie lokalizacja, w pobliżu Centrum Handlowego Galaxy.

Zdjęcia i stan faktyczny obiektu. Na zdjęciach jest m.in. ekspres do kawy, karafka na wodę, kosmetyki, dywan w salonie, worki dla psa. W obiekcie nie ma nic z tych rzeczy. Obiekt był brudny, w koszu na śmieci w łazience stara podpaska, w sypialni szmaty pozostawione przez osobę sprzątającą, Brudna klejąca podłoga, brudny blat stołu, ślady rozmazanej krwi na sofie. Najgorszy, nie do zniesienia był jednak smród z zepsutej zmywarki. Finalnie zmuszeni byliśmy opuścić obiekt i wynająć pokój w Novotelu.

Lokalizacja, szczegółowe informacje dotyczące wejścia do budynku i mieszkania.

Brak uszykowanych ręczników i pościeli dla zaznaczonej ilości gości, brak kontaktu z właścicielem - odpisał tylko na fakt, że nie ma ekspresu do kawy (wcześniej zapowiadano, że będzie), chłodna woda pod prysznicem, brudne narzędzia kuchenne, brak gąbki do mycia naczyń, ręczników papierowych.

Schlechte Englischkenntnisse des Personals am Telefon hat den Bezug des Appartements schwieriger gestaltet, als es hätte sein müssen. + Fehlende Informationen zum finden des Appartements wurden uns vorab nicht zugeschickt, was sich dann am Telefon herausstellte. An dem Gebäudeeingang befindet sich kein Firmenschild o.ä., sodass man nicht wusste, ob man an der richtigen Adresse ist. Der Fernseher hatte keine Deutschen und auch nur wenig Englische Programme.
