Nice facilities and Good location

Wellness area is amazing with 2 big saunas, jacuzzi and big swimming pool. Not too crowded and facilities are all new. On the 27th floor is the observatory room with a nice view of the city. Very good location walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants.

Maybe host should provide more towels and blankets for the guests

Der Aufenthalt war aufgrund des verspäteten und unzuverlässigen Check-ins nicht möglich

Die Lage

Check-in war ab 15:00 Uhr vereinbart. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktversuche wurde der Zugangscode erst gegen 18 Uhr übermittelt. Wir haben mit Kindern mehrere Stunden vor Ort gewartet und mussten schließlich eine Ersatzunterkunft im selben Gebäude buchen. Eine Rückerstattung wurde verweigert. Fazit: Für Familien ungeeignet, da der Check-in nicht zuverlässig funktioniert.

Super lækker lejlighed med plads til maks 4 personer. Som ligger super centralt.

Placeringen var super godt. Tæt på alt.

Jeg modtog ikke de mails, som forklarede mig hvordan jeg kom ind i lejligheden. Dvs der var en sød dame som måtte ringe op og snakke polsk og herefter modtog jeg de mails, som skulle lukke mig ind. Damen modtog dem på Whats app og sendte dem videre via Facebook. Denne oplevelse ville jeg gerne have været foruden. Jeg modtog aldrig mails med dørkoden mm. og værten krævede at jeg havde Whats app, som jeg ikke bruger. Jeg har før brugt booking.com hvor de forskellige værter bare sendte informationer via booking appen. Måske man skal oplyse, at denne lejlighed kræver Whats app.

Tolle Lage und Unterkunft für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Die Vorab-Kommunikation hat mir sehr gut gefallen, da meine Fragen alle geklärt worden. Auch wenn wir auf polnisch geschrieben haben und ich mir dies übersetzen musste - war es niemals schwierig an Infos zu kommen. Ein großes Lob für die guten Beschreibungen (Ankunft, Check-in, Checkout, Parkplatz, Schwimmbad). Wohn- und Essbereich sind groß genug, damit eine 4-köpfige Familie Platz hat. Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und im Wohnbereich gibt es zwei Sofas, die auch zum Schlafen verwendet werden können. Die Ausstattung hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem haben wir als Familie die Küche gut genutzt: Kühlschrank mit 3 TK-Fächern, Spülmaschine, Backofen. Wasserkocher und Filter-Kaffeemaschine. Das Schwimmbad im Hanza Tower ist wirklich sehr schön und auch für die Kleinsten gibt es ein kleines sehr gut beheiztes Schwimmbecken. Spielplätze gab es in unmittelbarer Nähe, da die anderen Wohnhäuser bspw. ihre eignen Spielplatz haben. Sehr praktisch mit Kind/ern!

Kein weiteres Küchenspültuch, zu wenig Besteck und kein Badmülleimer. Sind nur Kleinigkeiten, daher als konstruktive Kritik gemeint. :)
