Good value and very comfortable.

Self check worked no problem with clear instructions received via email on the day of arrival. The room had everything. We only stayed for one night but it would be comfortable for a longer self catering stay.

We booked a parking space and it wasn't exactly clear which parking space was for us so we just parked in any.

Poor communication with owner

The check-in and check-out experience was deeply frustrating. I had communicated our arrival time in advance and received confirmation. Despite this, we still waited 30 minutes until the receptionist arrived to give us the key. On check-out, we requested to store our luggage until our departure. We were asked to call the apartment owner and did so immediately. We received confirmation that this is fine. Then, we passed this information on to the café employees and were told that we need the receptionist to be present if we want to store our luggage. This was too complicated for us so we decided against it. Overall, communication with the apartment owner/receptionist was confusing and frustrating.

5 Star Apartments Deserves the Name

Super convenient location with all the conveniences of an efficiency apt. Cafe near apt. Was terrific and a reservable parking space a real plus.

Directions to apt. Location are needed. GPS takes you via a muddy torn up street that is impassable at points. New streetcar construction.

Very good location. Easy to reach filxbus stop. Excellent WiFi. Hot and comfortable room. You can find lots of world food restaurants by walking.

Excellent accommodation in Old town

The sudio apartman is very cozy, spotless clean and at the center of the Old city. It is exactly as in the photos. :) The apartment is pet friendly, for a symbolic fee your pet friend will have a dog bed, bowl and snacks! A private parking place is just in front of the apartment building, and it's worth the money in the busy old town area. Not to forget the staff which speaks English, is very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Not Good Quality For This Price

Good location

Walls are made of plywood, so you can hear guests from another apartment. Disappointed by cobwebs on the ceiling above my bed. And nobody offered for changing bed sheets and cleaning in 10 days stay. No corkscrew or bottle opener. You should wait the manager for keys. They could have key box like every other apartments. To sum up, the cost of the apartment is too much even if you include good location specification. As I have experienced, for sure you can find better apartments in Szczecin for same price.

There was a really bad smell in the whole appartment when we arrived. It smelled like sewer and when we told the lady in the front desk, she didnt care and said that its from the bathroom and just went away. We opened the windows wishing for the smell to go away, but when we came back later that night it was as bad as earlier and it was really disgusting. We tried to contact the desk next morning but there was nobody there, so we gave up and suffered another night. Last night og the trip was spent in a hotel and we wished that we booked a hotel for the entire trip.

Nice getaway apartment if you require separate bedrooms

Very spacious and cosy apartment that have everything you may need.

TV with 3 channels in quite bad quality. Heating control in the bathroom (if you'll lock the door, it'll became the sauna and the rest of the apartment will became the cariogenic chambers), dishwasher didn't work, hanging socket in master bedroom
