Very good stay

Very clean beautiful apartment close to everything. Shopping mall was 10 min walk Beautiful apartment with good facilities Efficient check in when you arrive helps Tea but no sugar were available and water bottles Washing machine and ironing board was good plus for us with small luggage allowance on airline Kitchen was well equipped .

No elevator was the main draw back .

A stylish and clean apartment with a seamless check-in process.

Check-in was smooth and easy with a door code, which we really appreciated for a short stay. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped, including shampoo and shower gel. It felt very comfortable and everything matched the description perfectly.

The bedroom doors were very squeaky and would make noise even when someone walked nearby, which was quite disruptive during the night when we were trying to be quiet.

I had a great stay at the apartment. The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet quiet and peaceful at night. Check-in very easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Szczecin.

Gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Ein sehr geräumiges Appartement, modern und minimalistisch ausgestattet. Sehr bequeme Betten, ein schönes Bad und eine ziemlich zentrale Lage.

Wir hatten eine Wohnung in der 4. Etage (Altbau) - für die Menschen, die irgendwelche Probleme mit dem Treppensteigen haben, definitiv nicht empfehlenswert. Das Personal versucht hilfreich zu sein aber ist nicht besonders freundlich. Schmutziges Geschirr, Parkplatz sehr schwer zu finden.

die Heizung war ständig kaputt, da ein Heizkörper undicht war, tropfte immer Wasser, was zum Druckabfall führte und die Heizung ausging, es kam nur einmal der Hausmeister, dann musste ich das Wasser immer selbst auffüllen, kurz kein guter Service

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer top Lage. Super Ausstattung und ein tolles Bad. Wirklich ein schönes Appartment, wir werden es weiter empfehlen und auch wiederkommen!

Die Balkontür, die hat Mega laut geknarrt und gequietscht. Da wir ja mit einer Gruppe da waren, war es manchmal etwas nervig. Und es wäre schön, wenn drauf hingewiesen wird, das der Türcode an dem Türgriff eingegeben wird. Das kannte ich so nicht und hab 30min versucht die Tür zu öffnen.

Wunderschönes Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen und man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit bei vielen Orten des Geschehens wie Parks, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ungefähr 100m erreicht man auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Es ist schön modern eingerichtet und sauber wodurch man sich von anfang an wohl fühlt. Hinterm Haus ist zusätzlich noch ein kleiner Spielplatz der nur für Bewohner des Hauses zugänglich ist was für uns ziemlich praktisch war.

Ein kleines Manko sind die Parkplätze. Es gibt vor der Tür mit Glück Parkplätze aber diese sind auf Dauer unglaublich teuer. Man sollte sich auf jeden Fall rechtzeitig nach einem Parkplatz in der Nähe umsehen oder man ist bereit viel Geld für einen eventuellen Platz vor der Tür zu zahlen.

Bekväma sängar och bra läge in mot gården, så inget buller från trafiken. Välstädat och fräscht.

Dålig wifi-täckning, lågt vattentryck i kranarna. Lyfört inom byggnaden. Ligger många trappor upp, fjärde våningen utan hiss.
