Apartament nowy, w zasadzie pachnący nowymi meblami, świeżo po remoncie lub adaptacji. Super duży balkon z wyjściem z 2 pokoi, fajny widok. W pobliżu ogólnodostępne darmowe miejsca parkingowe i sklepy. Bardzo dobry dostęp do komunikacji miejskiej.
Pewnym minusem jest sam blok (klatki, windy), ale można się było tego spodziewać sprawdzając lokalizację. Mieszkanie jest na 11 piętrze, winda dojeżdża do 10go więc nie jest to opcja dla osób z problemami ruchowymi, ale wieczorny widok na miasto trochę to rekompensuje. W lokalu jest ekstremalnie mała łazienka z pewnymi problemami z wentylacją. W lokalu nie ma żadnego telewizora/radia, ale faktem jest, że ani opis, ani zdjęcia tego nie zapowiadały. Ogólnie, cena rekompensuje minusy i jak na kilkudniowy pobyt dla max 6 osób można polecić.
