Very cosy and well designed apartment

I traveled with my daughter and a couple of friends and their daughter so we needed 3 separate bedrooms and a shared living room and we were really impressed by how this small and cosy space was organized. I think the owner gave a lot of thought about how to get the best of each square meter. The apartment is tidy and well equipped. There is plenty of towels, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary things, cutlery, coffee machine, dishwasher and basic products like tea, salt and pepper, coffee etc. The living room is comfortable to sit, relax on the sofas with a cup of tea or watch TV in the evening. It’s in the city center but still in a quiet area. In the description it was stated that no parking available, but there is street parking all around the place and it was no problem with finding parking place, so we were positively surprised (the parking fee is low and it’s free of charge on weekends). The location is close to many grocery stores, two big shopping malls, tourist attractions and restaurants.

It was a bit uncomfortable to eat meals on the sofas, but we only had breakfast at the apartment, so not a big problem for us. Although the mattresses are very comfortable, the pillows had bunched feather fill, with uneven structure and it was not very comfortable to sleep on. My daughter is also allergic over natural feather, but we found a little craft linen store where they make their own customized linen and they also had good quality anti allergy pillows for only 100 zl, so we just bought one.

Nowoczesny apartament w sąsiedztwie majestatycznej Bazyliki!

Gustownie urządzone mieszkanie, sprzęt AGD, wygodne łóżka, balkon z widokiem na park, wszechobecna CISZA, bliskość do miejsc, które chcieliśmy zwiedzić, oraz wspaniały SĄSIAD - PAN JAN, człowiek o anielskim sercu:) Wielkim atutem - Bazylika Archikatedralna, która choć w remoncie, majestatyczna i zjawiskowa. Niewątpliwą atrakcją miejsca jest Plac Orła Białego i Park, które wkrótce zostaną odnowione i dodadzą uroku tej miejscówce. Dziękujemy za możliwość pobytu u Państwa:)

Podobało nam się absolutnie wszystko! Brakowało mi jedynie półeczki w kabinie prysznicowej i ściereczki do przecierania blatu kuchennego oraz ławy.

Kompakt, innen funktional und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage ist grandios und alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Aktuell sind Bauarbeiten im Innenhof - wenn diese fertig sind, muss es dort sehr schön sein.

Wunderbare Wohnung für Freunde, Paare und Familien

Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Sie war perfekt für unsere Gruppe von drei Freunden, da es drei Schlafzimmer gibt und die Küche als gemütlicher Gemeinschaftsraum diente. Auch auf dem Balkon konnte man wunderbar entspannen. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig, direkt an einem Park. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet – es gab sogar Kaffee und Espresso Choc für die Kapselmaschine.

Bardzo ładnie urządzone i rozplanowane mieszkanie. Za oknami zieleń... Zalet jest mnóstwo! Do dworca kolejowego spacerkiem. W pobliżu wiele atrakcji turystycznych oraz sklepy spożywcze i restauracje. Stare miasto, a tak cicho i spokojnie.

In diesem Apartment ist alles perfekt!

Diese Wohnung ist eine echte Perle unter allen Angeboten, wenn auch erst auf den zweiten Blick. Die Wohnung präsentiert sich zwar bereits auf den Fotos elegant, aber in Wirklichkeit hat das Apartment vor Ort unsere Erwartungen bei Weitem übertroffen. Die Wohnung sieht und fühlt sich noch besser an, als man es von den Fotos erwarten würde, wir waren absolut begeistert. Die Wohnung wurde aufwändig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist daher in einem brandneuen Zustand. Drei separate schicke Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und bequemen Betten, ein wunderschönes modernes Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche im Wohnbereich mit zwei bequemen Sofas zum Sitzen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch Tee, Kaffee und Gewürze sowie sämtliche Putzutensilien waren vorhanden. Schnelles WiFi und ein 43“ Smart-TV der neuesten Generation mit einer Vielzahl an Sendern vorhanden. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Steckdosen zum Aufladen von Notebooks oder Smartphones und ein angenehmes Lichtkonzept. Außerdem war die Wohnung picobello sauber. Hier wurde einfach an alles gedacht. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Szczecins Touristenlage mit allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten in direkter Nachbarschaft und einer Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants. Trotz der belebten Lage ist es in der Wohnung herrlich ruhig, da vor dem Balkon ein Park liegt und die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer zur kleinen ruhigen Seitenstraße liegen. Bushaltestelle und kleiner Supermarkt direkt vor der Tür. Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Parkplätze rundherum in den Seitenstraßen sind alle zwar kostenpflichtig (außer am Wochenende), aber wir konnten immer problemlos eine Parklücke finden. Der Check-In erfolgt mit der Vermieterin persönlich vor Ort. Halbe Stunde vorher anrufen und Termin ausmachen. Die Vermieterin spricht auch englisch und deutsch, daher sind auch internationale Gäste willkommen.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts Negatives über diese Wohnung zu berichten, eventuell wäre noch ein kleiner Schreibtisch in einem der Schlafzimmer praktisch - falls man mal was am Laptop arbeiten muss. Aber das ist Meckern auf ganz hohem Niveau, diese Wohnung ist einfach nur hervorragend!

Apartament/mieszkanie jest nowe, wyremontowane w 2023 r., na pierwszym piętrze. Okna z jednej strony wychodzą na plac Orła Białego, a z drugiej na zabudowę osiedlową. Po obu stronach dużo zieleni i drzew. Klimatycznie. Cisza, nic nie zakłócało wypoczynku nocnego. Mieszkanie bardzo funkcjonalnie urządzone. Trzy sypialnie i pokój gościnny z aneksem kuchennym. Spokojnie może tam spać nawet 6 osób - 2 łóżka podwójne + 2 łóżka pojedyncze. Dobre wyposażenie w akcesoria kuchenne, jest ekspres do kawy. Mimo iz to centrum miasta wcale nie jest trudno zaparkować na ulicy przy wejściu do klatki schodowej lub na uliczkach sąsiednich albo na placu Orła. Ponieważ mieszkanie jest na starym mieście przez cały weekend nie odpaliłem samochodu. Parking na ulicy w weekendy jest bezpłatny. Wszystkie atrakcje, także te po drugiej stronie Odry można ogarnąć spacerkiem. W odległości kilkudziesięciu metrów jest dobra włoska knajpka, cukiernia, lewiatan i żabka. Polecam

Bardzo ładne i wygodne mieszkanie na pobyt w Szczecinie. Świetna lokalizacja ułatwia komunikację pieszą i "miejską" do najważniejszych punków miasta. Osiedle ciche mimo że w sąsiedztwie katedry. Pod blokiem dostępny parking miejski, nie było problemów z miejscem. Samo mieszkanie jest odnowione i gustownie urządzone, wielce komfortowo korzystaliśmy z niego. Wygodne łóżka, przestronne pokoje i łazienka pomimo małego metrażu - brawo dla właścicieli za pomysł aranżacji wnętrza! W mieszkaniu nie brakowało nam niczego. Wyposażone we wszystkie udogodnienia niezbędne dla mieszkańców. Przyjemnie było nam gościć w Waszym mieszkaniu! Dziękujemy
