Great stay, would stay again

Fantastic location, great modern apartment, clean and spacious with a fantastic bathroom and big walk in shower. Staff communicated very well throughout to all questions and coffee and tea was a welcome addition in the kitchen. Also a pub next door was nice for a local drink but also very quiet at night.

Only one very small pillow provided in each bedroom, made the sleep not that comfortable, a minimum of two pillows would have been better per bed. Booking.com also seems to hold inaccurate information about check in which meant we nearly booked elsewhere. It states check in only available until 2100 however a code was provided with a lock box for our late arrival which made it a very pleasant experience. It was a concern for us with the late flight and the information presented on booking, we did not want to be later than the time we had requested for check in. Ultimately the information on booking is wrong.

The location is great. You’re in the middle of the center. Concert hall across the street and restaurants everywhere.

Great apartment, very spacious and well equipped. It is very well located, just in the vicinity of the Pomeranian Dukes Castle and the Old City Center. The communication with the staff was perfect!

Fashionable Stay in So Called Paris in Poland, Szczecin

The person(host?)at cafe ORSOLA( key collecting spot) was so friendly and kind for bringing my baggage to the apartment door. So check in was quite easy with no effort of struggling key code and specifying the door. ( For me usually the biggest stressful aspect is check-in procedure to apartment.) Early check in for about 1 hour was available. So stylish apartment with excellent location and view from the window facing the Philharmonic hall. Well equipped kitchen but you have to bring your own washing sponge for plates, body soap and shampoo. From the Szczecin central station It was walking distance. For first half of the distance riverside way is easy for carry bag.

Bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone mieszkanie, świetna lokalizacja, bardzo łatwe zameldowanie i pyszne śniadanie ze zniżką w kawiarni obok. Polecam!

POLECAMY

Super miejscówka - świetna lokalizacja. Z okien widok na filharmonię, tuż obok Stare Miasto, Wały Chrobrego, blisko do centrum. Olbrzymie plusy: Apartament - 2 sypialnie (rozdział strefy dziennej i nocnej), ciepło (byliśmy w zimnym styczniu), kuchnia bardzo dobrze zaopatrzona (cukier, sól, pieprz, herbata, kawa, środki czystości itp.). Wszędzie czysto :)

Malutkie minusy - niedoświetlony blat roboczy w kuchni, brak szafy do przechowywania ubrań, brak wyłączników lampek przy łóżkach.

Filharmonia.

Bardzo wygodny, pięknie urządzony apartament w sercu Szczecina z widokiem z okna na piękną filharmonię.Cicho i spokojnie. Idealna baza do zwiedzania Szczecina. My przyjechaliśmy na koncert w Filharmoni, no bliżej się nie dało mieszkać😉Fajne miejsce mam nadzieję że jeszcze tu wrócimy.

Fantastyczny pobyt w apartamencie Philharmonic

Apartament położony w centrum Starego Miasta. Wiele atrakcji w zasięgu kilku minut, również fajne restauracje nie opodal. Mimo położenia obok ruchliwej ulicy w apartamencie idealna cisza dzięki doskonałym oknom. Duży telewizor, ekspres do kawy na kapsułki. Kilka kapsułek też było. Poza tym herbata, kubki, kieliszki do wina. I bardzo, bardzo czysto.

Choć nie było problemu z zaparkowaniem, parking miejski w strefie A płatny.
