Location of this apartment is just perfect - right in town centre, but still on a pretty quite street, walking distance from major city attractions. The apartment building is fairly new, well maintained and clean, with a quiet and nice interior yard. Local shop (Zabka) is in the same building, which was very handy when traveling with 3 kids. Apartment was spacious and had enough room for a family of 5 (we particularly appreciated 2 bathrooms). Another value add things were: dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner. Also the basic supplies, such as dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, toilet paper were there, so you didnt have to worry about getting them first thing. Good value for money!

Sofa bed is not very comfy and might need replacing, however is ok for 2 night stay. Cutlery needs renewing. There are no doors between downstais sitting room (where sofa bed is) and 2 bedrooms upstairs.

Clean, tidy and well equipped apartment for 1 or 2 persons

The apartment was comfortable and clean. It had everything I needed for my very brief stay. The location was great for me because I was visiting my friend who lives in the next building. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. Very close to the small old town of Szczecin.

Everything was fine for me.

Bardzo miła obsługa, bezproblemowe wejście do apartamentu, przyjazna okolica, doskonała lokalizacja w centrum miasta, środki komunikacji, muzea, zabytki, sklepy w zasięgu kilku kroków. Bardzo ciekawe miejsce z dużym potencjałem do rozwinięcia.

Brak dedykowanego parking, konieczność skorzystania z płatnego w cenie 70 pln za dobę - informacja na Booking.com wprowadza w błąd, bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach na klatce schodowej ze stołówki lub restauracji, głośni sąsiedzi, lub cienkie ściany, słabe wyposażenie kuchni - wszystko z innej "parafii", stare przybory do gotowania, brak zmywarki, ekspres przelewowy bez filtrów, apartament wyposażony w stare przyrządy i meble, brak podstawowych srodków higienicznych w łazience, jak szampon czy płyn do kąpieli które są już standardem, w kuchni brak takich rzeczy jak sól czy pieprz i chociaż nie jest to konieczne to jednak daje wrażenie że dba się o klienta który płaci taką cenę. Tutaj wszystko trzeba mieć ze sobą, od soli do proszku do prania. Również w łazience, uchwyt słuchawki prysznicowej jest wyrobiony i nie trzyma w oczekiwanej pozycji. Reasumując, świetny i miły gospodarz, doskonała lokalizacja, ale sam apartament wymaga atencji i podniesienia standardu aby klient czuł sie dopieszczony i nie miał wrażenia cofnięcia się w czasie.

Diese Wohnung bestand aus zwei Etagen und 2 Bädern, was super für Familien mit heranwachsenden Kindern war. Für den Hund gab es gegenüber des Hauses , eine kleine Pinkelwiese .

Mein Sohn besteht darauf zu erwähnen das es keine Seife gab.
