very nice apartment with need of a bit of tlc

Das Apartment wirkte zunächst in Ordnung, stellte sich jedoch als unsauber heraus, mit Spinnweben und Spinnen im Zimmer,

Die Lage

Auf den ersten Blick schien alles in Ordnung, doch bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigte sich, dass das Apartment nicht sauber war. Es gab Spinnweben sowie Spinnen im Zimmer. Außerdem hat der Jacuzzi nicht funktioniert. Die Unterkunft wurde darüber informiert, allerdings wurde mein Anliegen bezüglich des Jacuzzis nicht richtig ernst genommen und nicht angemessen darauf reagiert. Das Apartment war insgesamt nicht sauber, sodass ich selbst den Boden wischen musste. Sogar die Elektrogeräte in der Unterkunft waren verschmutzt.

Z powodu usterki jacuzzi, korzystanie z urządzenia było niemożliwe przez połowę pobytu. O zaistniałej sytuacji niezwłocznie poinformowałem właścicielkę obiektu. Mimo wielokrotnych prób kontaktu (połączenia telefoniczne oraz wiadomości, nie otrzymałem żadnej odpowiedzi. Moje zgłoszenia zostały całkowicie zignorowane, a usterka nie została usunięta do końca pobytu.

Apartament ma piękne wnętrze, wanna z hydromasażem naprawdę super atrakcja, córka 3 letnia myślała,że ma prywatny basen. Lokalizacja super,mieliśmy kapsułki do zmywarki, kapsułki do kawy

Brak parkingu, ciężko było znaleźć miejsce, oraz mały minus za niedokładna czystość, ale nie było najgorzej, brakowała papieru kuchennego , szmatek lub mopa żeby ogarnąć na bieżąco, ale mieliśmy w aucie swoje szmatki więc nas to uratowało.

Central placering. Hyggeligt sted. Selvom det var varmt, var det ikke for varmt, for man kunne sove med åbne vinduer, for gården var helt stille. Det var pænt. I en af de andre anmeldelser stod der at jacuzzien lugtede. Det gjorde den ikke længere. Vi brugt den fire gange under et 10 dages ophold og den fungerede som den skulle.

Små forbedringer kan gøre stedet helt top lækkert: Lidt mere bestik. Fikse de små ting, der er i stykker, selvom de måske er ubetydelige.

Dobrze wyposażony apartament, wygodne łóżka, dobre wygłuszenie, lokacja same centrum, duży wybór w restauracjach i wszedzie bardzo blisko. Duży plus za pralkę. Kaucja została zwrócona w 100%, ale woleliśmy mieć zdjęcia, gdyż są pewne mankamenty.

Czystość może nie było aż tak źle, ale widać, że jest sprzątane po 'łepkach' i raczej zamiatane niż dokładnie odkurzane, odkurzacz w prawdzie stoi, ale najpierw sami musieliśmy go odetkać i wyczyścić zanim zaczął chodzić. Z jacuzzi wydobywa się dziwny zapach po włączeniu, później jest ok. Brak kosmetyków pod prysznic nawet najmniejszej buteleczki oraz tabletek do zmywarki. Duży minus za brak klimatyzacji, w upalne dni nie idzie wytrzymać, gdyż okna są po stronie zamkniętego przez blok dziedzińca, brak jakiegokolwiek przewiewu.

Das Zimmer ist super schön und mitten im Geschehen gelegen. Direkt neben an ist eine Bar und genügend Resturans und Cafés sind auch in direkter Umgebung. In die Parkgarage zu kommen ist etwas blöd gemacht. Man muss erst aufs Zimmer die Fernbedienung holen um sie zu öffnen. Aber vor der Tür gestaltet sich kurzes parken schwierig. Der whirpool war ein Träumchen und die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das Bett war super bequem. Ein kleines bisschen Abzug gibt es allerdings für die Sauberkeit. Wir hatten ein paar fremde Haare auf dem Bett und in dem whirpool. Aber im großen und ganzen war es sehr schön und ich würde es immer wieder buchen.

W kuchni lodówka, mikrofalówka, zmywarka, a nawet lodówka na wino. Pod nosem kawiarnie, restauracje w których smak jest idealny.
