The location was good for us but we were very disappointed with the apartment overall.

The location was good for us. Elevator was good. Spacious living room with kitchen annex.

The entrance to apartment was very dark to see door code. The squeaky doors were unbearable on the bathroom and bedroom. Limited towels for 3 people, (3 big and 1 small). Limited toilet roll and no shampoo or body soap as described on website. The smell of cigarettes entering the bathroom everyday from somewhere. The bedroom had the worst mattress we have ever slept on in our life. It was completely wore out. We had impression that we would fall out of the bad. No drying rack for clothes or towels. The kitchen had no sweeping brush, clothes for wiping table, and kitchen towel or tea towels. No wine glasses. Be aware that it is noisy outside in case you want to leave windows open at night.

Very comfy accommodation! Everything was as described, very clean, flat well equipped with what you need for a stay. The location is great! Right nearby a shopping mal, close to the city center. The check-in was absolutely uncomplicated and went smoothly thanks to instructions we received. Communication with the owners went without problems. I would stay there again:)

Great location for shopping and site-seeing: close to showing centre, grocery stores, walking distance from old town.

Not fault of the apartment but the building itself: smell on the staircase is off-putting.

A great place in the heart of the city!

We loved the apartment's location and value for money! It was very clean and pleasant, with a nice view and proximity of shopping centres, restaurants, museums etc. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and we felt as welcome with our pets as when we are travelling without them! We also enjoyed an exceptional wi-fi connection. We will certainly stay here again when passing through Szczecin!

Entering the building sets your mood to very low

Nothing

Pile of garbage in front of the building, dirty stinking stairway. Could not open windows because of traffic, cooking fumes and noise (tram on the main street, two fast food restaurants below) Will never stay there again!!!!!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.

Apartament nie należał do najczystszych, w sypialni brudne półki, po rozłożeniu kanapy w salonie pokłady kurzu. Kabina prysznicowa też wymaga wyszorowania a zasłonka wymiany. Prześcieradło nie pasowało na wielkość kanapy. Rzeczy na które nie ma wpływu właściciel to zdecydowanie obskurna klatka schodowa oraz przebywający na klatce przy wejściu do bloku "sąsiedzi" spożywający alkohol (grupki 3-4 osobowe widziane codziennie)

Dobry pobyt

W centrum, wszystko co potrzebne na wyposażeniu. Czysto.

Słychać sąsiadów, chyba przez wejściowe drzwi, które nie są wyciszone. Ale w ciagu nocy nie ma problemu, ponieważ sypialnia posiada drzwi, ktore dodatkowo wyciszają, co sie dzieje dookoła.
