Very modern and pleasant place with very good bad and linens. Very polite host that tried to solve questions quickly.

You need to pass through a barrier to get to the entrance by car. But it was challenging as it is not opening automatically and the host speak only Polish.

A great place with a lot of space

The place was really clean and spacious. Also, it was nice to have facilities like iron, washing machine and dishwasher around. Staff member, which I dealt with over the phone while asking for parking space was super polite. A big thank you for a warm hospitality and letting me check in earlier 😊 I would be definitely coming back.

Apartament był świetnym wyborem – bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i w pełni wyposażony. Wszystko zgadzało się z opisem i zdjęciami. Lokalizacja bardzo wygodna, spokojna okolica, a jednocześnie blisko do najważniejszych punktów. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy i szybki, zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie. Pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy i chętnie wrócę tu ponownie. Zdecydowanie polecam!

Problemlose Schlüsselübergabe dank Tresor an der Tür

In der Dusche war Schimmel, Silberfische die im Bad und Flur rumgelaufen sind. Küchenausstattung geht so. Mehr tassen, schalen und mehr Besteck wäre angebracht. Die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind durch gesessen und man merkt jede Feder. Zum schlafen völlig ungeeignet.

Czystość to pierwsze co rzuca się w oczy. Wszystko co potrzebne do wygodnego mieszkania z dzieckiem jest na miejscu. Pralka, kapsułka do prania, zmywarka, tabletki do zmywarki, sól, pieprz. Zarezerowalam ponownie i będę korzystać bo mam zaplanowanych kilka wizyt w Szczecinie w przyszłym roku. Blisko do centrum spacerem. Dobry kontakt z obsługą. Ładny widok z okna. Zdjęcie w dużym zoomie.

Mogły by być wyższe poduszki, ale nikomu się nie dogodzi.

Świetna lokalizacja, dostępna pralka, żelazko, deska do prasowania suszarka na pranie, suszarka do powieszenia prania. Co ciekawe i pierwszy raz z tym się spotkałam, waciki oraz płyn do demakijażu. Wygodne kanapy do wypoczynku w salonie. Wygodne łóżko w sypialni. Apartament czysty, zadbany.

Warto się zastanowić nad wymianą patelni ponieważ nie były w najlepszym stanie. Kolejna sprawa to gniazdko w sypialni. Z jednej strony łóżka jest dostępne tylko jedno gniazdko, możemy ładować telefon albo mieć włączoną lampkę nocną.

Läge, nära till kollektivtrafiken, städning utan anmärkning

När det är varmt och soligt så blir det väldigt varmt på morgonen i hela lägenheten i och med att alla fönsterna är riktade mot öst och då står solen direkt mot lägenheten, saknar markis, mörkläggande gardiner. Parkering i garaget: utmanande att parkera bilen i garaget, platsen ligger väldigt tråkigt. Ok att parkera bilen en gång och hämta den vi avresa men inte smidigt att använda bilen dagligen. Rätt mycket ljud från vägen som väl trafikerad.

De parkeerplaats, je kunt buiten gratis parkeren maar er zijn veel te weinig parkeerplaatsen. Je kunt een privé parkeerplaats in de parkeerkelder huren maar daar paste mijn auto (Ford Focus) niet in. Prima voor als je met een motorfiets bent, niet te doen voor iets groter dan een Toyota Aygo.

Eleganckie mieszkanie w nowoczesnym apartamentowcu. Dobra lokalizacja blisko ścisłego centrum.

Blisko apartamentowca droga o sporym natężeniu ruchu i budowa. Bardzo cienkie ściany w budynku więc słychać co u sąsiadów ;) ale ogólnie te czy i inne hałasy nie były zbyt uciążliwe.

Vi har skrevet til udlejeren, om at vi gerne vil leje igen.

Det var nemt at komme til. Manglede bare lidt oplysninger om fjernbetjeningen til garagen, hvor man skulle betale for parkeringen, og skralderummet. Men vi prøvede os frem, så det gik fint. Vi satte ny filt under stolene i køkkenafdelingen, da det for os var generende at høre på.
