Perfect for a longer stay, fantastic appartment

Located in a high-rise apartment complex, this appartment is extraordinary: nearly new, large rooms, a balcony, well-equipped kitchen, everything very clean, painted in bright colours, very quiet, WIFI, TV, everythings there except air condition, owner was very helpful and friendly, parking space was available after request, very secured location.

Finding the correct entrance, the code for the several doors, the procedure to open the gate to the location etc. You really need to read the instructions given by the owner very carefully!

Apartament w nowych blokach w centrum Szczecina.Dojazd windą,lokalizacja cicha. Dojazd skomplikowany,trzeba się natrudzić by w końcu znaleźć wejście i znaleźć parking na auto. Apartament to 2 pomieszczenia, łazienka osobna,czysta,posprzątana,kabina,umywalka i wc. Jest balokon,ale widok zasłania blok wybudowany w bliskiej odległości, co psuje efekt balkonu i wypoczynku,bo wszyscy z okien patrzą i zaglądają Ci w okna i to co robisz na balkonie. Ogólnie na 4.

W kuchni nie ma mikrofalówki,ekspresu do kawy,tosteru,a to jest już norma i standard. W wyposażeniu kuchennym,brak herbaty,kawy, cukru,przypraw sól i pieprz,brak otwieracza do wina lub piwa,a to też już jest standard. W łazience brak żelu,mydła do rąk,brak odświeżacza do wc,brak jednorazowych mydełek i szamponu, brak wycieraczki jak wychodzisz spod prysznica a to też już jest standard w wielu apartamentach na wynajem. Jak się wynajmuje ludziom to pewne rzeczy muszą być w kuchni i łazience. W sypialni brakuje tv,jest pusto,jak leżysz to masz pustą ścianę przed oczami i nic więcej. Ogolnie 4,wiele z wyposażenia brakuje i za to minus. Żeby można było przyjechać wcześniej o 12.00 a nie o 15.00 trzeba zapłacić jeszcze dodatkowo 60zł. i to daje już za wysoką cenę jak za dobę wynajęcia o te braki.

Sehr schöne, große Wohnung. Moderne Einrichtung, ruhig und hell. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle in Laufweite.

Ich hatte anfangs etwas Schwierigkeiten den Code für Tor und Haustür zu verstehen.
