Lovely apartment close to Szczecin

The apartment was exactly as in the photos. It was modern and clean. The shower was big, which was nice. It was the best accommodation during our trip around Pomerania. It was a short drive from Szczecin and Stargard. It was quiet during the night.

Some chairs on the balcony would be nice and blackout curtains.

Gute Ausgangsbasis zur Erkundung von Stettin und des Stettiner Haffs

Den Schlüsselcode haben wir rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem zugangskontrolliertem Gelände. Wir haben auch schnell Parkplätze gefunden, die nahe an dem Haus lagen. Das Appartment ist gut ausgestattet. Aus nicht ersichtlichen Gründen funktionierte der WLAN-Zugang mit dem Laptop nicht, obwohl andere Geräte (Handys) Zugang hatten. Mit dem mitgeführten LAN-Kabel konnte aber eine Verbindung hergestellt werden. Es gibt in der Nähe auch eine Bushaltestelle, so dass man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in die Stadt gelangen kann. Die nächstgelegenen Geschäfte sind ein Biedronka (nicht empfehlenswert) und ein Lidl (empfehlenswert).

Auf dem Balkon gab es keine Möblierung. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle wären schon sehr sinnvoll.

Очень красивая, светлая и уютная квартира в тихом районе. Новая мебель, всё чисто. На кухне есть всё необходимое и даже больше. Прекрасное местоположение. Охраняемая закрытая территория. Удобные кровати. Есть балкон.

Есть сложности с парковкой вечером, трудно найти свободное парковочное место на территории.

Przestronne mieszkanie: zabudowana kuchnia ze zmywarką. Łazienka duża z pralką. Balkon z słabym widokiem ale po to się nie jeździ.

Mieszkanie było całe w piasku, wszystko było posprzątane prócz podłogi. Przyjechaliśmy to chodzimy na boso więc było wyczuć od razu.

Jeśli miałbym wracać do Szczecina to tylko do tego apartamentu

Apartament schludny, czysty, wszystko, czego było potrzeba znajdowało sie na miejscu. W pełni wyposażony: kuchenka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, zmywarka, lodówka, telewizor, dostęp do sieci Wi-Fi itp. Bardzo spokojna okolica, apartament znajduje się na terenie strzeżonego osiedla. W dodatku sam apartament bardzo ładnie urządzony, chociaż wiadomo, że to kwestia gustu :) W najbliższej okolicy sklepy typu Żabka, czy Społem.

Nie ma rzeczy, która by się nie podobała, wszystko było na wysokim poziomie.

Modern, gemütlich, ultra sauber, voll ausgestattet

Absolute Empfehlung, war schon öfters in Szczecin, dieses Appartment war das beste davon. Liegt in Gumience, abgeschlossener Parkplatz als auch Bushaltestelle, mit Anschluß an den Bahnhof oder das ganze Bus- und Straßenbahnnetz, vor der Tür. Zabka Supermarkt, Thailändisches Restaurant, Bäckerei, kleine Geschäfte, in ein paar Minuten zu Fuss. Sehr ruhige Lage innerhalb einer grünen gepflegten Wohnanlage, sehr freundliche Nachbarn. Das Appartment ist gemütlich, modern eingerichtet, mit wirklich allem, was man gebrauchen könnte. Bügeleisen, Föhn, Wäschestander, Putzmaterial für Appartment oder Küche. Voll ausgestattete Küche, selten so sauber und umfangreich ausgerüstet gesehen. Kaffee, Tee, Spülmittel, Spültabs, selbst Washmittel war da. Geräumig. Das Personal reagiert auf Anfragen innerhalb Minuten, der Check In Vorgang ausführlich und einfach erklärt, es waren sowieso keine Frage offen. Danke für den tollen Aifenthalt!

Wenn eine Erweiterung geplant ist, wären Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch auf dem tollen Balkon, wo morgens bis mittags die Sonne drauf scheint, noch toll
