Nice place, but ruined by the host’s attitude

It had everything we needed, including parking, a washing machine, an iron, a microwave, and a coffee maker.

When we arrived, someone else was in the booked apartment. The host fixed it later, but his reaction to our polite complaint was aggressive and very strange. Instead of apologizing, he sent long, personal, and offensive messages that ruined the experience.

Superb

The room was equipped in a washer, hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine etc. making it a good place for even a longer stay. The host was very helpful. The apartment isn’t centrally located but it’s by one of the main streets.

The pillows need to be changed. The smaller bed / cauch was uncomfortable

Convenient apartment with a car but some things could be improved

Conveniently located apartment for someone traveling with car in a quiet neighborhood.

There was only a single blanket in the bed. The apartment didn't feel very clean even though all the visible surfaces were well cleaned (for example the sofa had some stains that made us not want to use it). The frying pan in the kitchen was badly damaged and there was only a single normal dinner plate. There was strong air freshener smell that could give headache to some people. Entry directions were given only in Polish and after machine translation to English the use of entry code was not fully clear (though we figured it out after few failed attempts). The owner seems to have a bit strange attitude when you look at how he/she is commenting reviews with a less than perfect score.

Nice, comfortable hi-tech apartment

We stayed for one night travelling from Poland to Denmark. Getting in the apartment was very easy. We had received instructions with the codes to open the doors to reach the apartment. The parking spot was outside, under the apartment. The description of the apartment is accurate, what is impressive is the number of RGB and white led bulbs, light strips and generally gadgets which you can adjust to your taste. There is no filter coffee machine but there is an electrolux cremapresso coffeemaker, which we didn't use. There is also a charger for mobile devices with 3 types of charging cables.

Porażka aby się wykąpać należało wyczyścić odpływ bo woda nie spływała , pralka popsuta , również zapchana , mąż naprawiał , ręczniki poplamione , stare i zużyte , nie można otworzyć okna bo strasznie głośno po za tym Pan pobiera sobie z karty dodatkowe pieniądze sam wraz z rzekomą karą za psa , gdzie apartament miał być przyjazny dla zwierząt a i mało tego otrzymuje kolejne wiadomości abym miała zapłacić coś tylko nie wiem co . Dla mnie czyste oszustwo . Zgłoszę działania właściciela odpowiednim służbą .

Pokój jest bardzo czysty łóżko bardzo wygodne, bez problemu jest parking spokojna okolica. Byliśmy w tym miejscu już kilka razy i zawsze jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Bardzo polecam to miejsce. My następnym razem napewno tu przyjedziemy😊👍

Tolle Unterkunft in der Vorstadt von Stettin Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock über Geschäftsräumen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und alles war da, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Wohnung verfügt über einem kleinen Balkon, auf dem man die Sonne genießen kann. Ein kleiner Tisch und zwei Stühle sind vorhanden. Wir waren mit dem Hund unterwegs. Auch das war OK. Rund um die Wohnung gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeit mit dem Hund zu gehen. Um die Wohnung gibt es fußläufig eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit und einen ATM. Mit dem Auto waren wir schnell im Zentrum. Für den PKW war ein Stellplatz vorhanden. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Fahrstuhl. Das Gebäude ist neuerer Art in der Vorstadt. Vom Balkon aus kann man in der fernen Felder und Wiesen sehen. Das Gebäude ist in einer typische Vorstadtsiedlung integriert, die schon bessere Zeiten gesehen hat. In der Nähe ist eine Veranstaltungsraum und eine Tanzclub.

Alle Anfragen wurden nur auf polnisch beantwortet. Leider auch nicht immer sofort. Dank Google-Translator auch kein Problem. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde wohl die Wohnung modernisiert. Es gab eine Steckdose, die aus der Wand hingen und Instalstionskabel aus über dem Bett, das aus der Wand ragte, ohne Strom. Beides hat uns nicht davon abgehalten eine schöne Zeit während unseres Aufenthaltes zu haben. Das Apartment kann man nur weiterempfehlen.

Locatie erg goed. Tram stopt voor de deur en klein supermarktje in de buurt. Parkeren op eigen terrein. Gewoon perfect.

Het bad is erg laag en matras is zacht. Ombouw erg hard waardoor je er moeilijk uit kan komen als je slecht ter been bent.

Topp! Es war sehr ruhig, bis auf ein heftiges Klopfen an die Tür kurz vor neun, dabei habe keinen Weckdienst bestellt, aber okay... Die Ausstattung war super und das Bett bequem und vor allem, gab es einen Balkon!

Kein Tee in der Küche. Ich musste die Unterkunft lange suchen. Es gab leider keine Schilder, oder Nummerierung, die von der Hauptstraße sichtbar wäre. Schwarze Haare auf dem Toilettensitz, sonst eigentlich alles relativ sauber.

Świetna lokalizacja. Cisza. Pokój ze wszystkimi przydatnymi urządzeniami czajnik ekspres, żelazko ,suszarka . Czysto wszystko zgodnie ze zdjęciami i opisem . Bardzo miły kontakt z właścicielem. Jestem zadowolona z pobytu i obsługi.

No może przydałaby się większa kołderka na większym łóżku lub 2 jeśli ktoś podróżuje z rodziną i lubi się otulić.

Chętnie skorzystam następnym razem.

Czystość w objekcie. Położenie obiektu powoduje że dojazd do miasta a także do dróg wyjazdowych jest bardzo dobry. Wyposażenie mieszkania bardzo dobre.

W opisie nie można było sprawdzić na którą stronę wychodzą okna. W mieszkaniu było dosyć głośno z powodu słabej jakości okien które są dwuszybowe przez co dzwięki które pochodziły od strony ulicy były słyszalne w pokoju.

Świetna lokalizacja, miejsce parkingowe, rozkład mieszkania, wygodne łóżko - wszystko super. Nawet słodkości i woda na powitanie.

Wszechobecny kurz, rdzewiejący kran, wyposażenie kuchni tragedia. Świetny obiekt, ale niestety wymagający remontu.
