Super lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko (komunikacja, stare miasto, wały Chrobrego itp.), jednocześnie z dala od hałasu. Uliczka mało ruchliwa. Mieszkanie nowoczesne i czyste, ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi rzeczami.
Trochę słabo zbilansowane ogrzewanie - w mniejszym pokoju zbyt ciepło a w większym z kolei zbyt chłodno. Za to latem zapewne jest idealnie chłodno jak to w kamienicy.

Przestronne, dobrze wyposażone mieszkanie, w dobrej lokalizacji, cicha okolica.
Bardzo słabe ogrzewanie. Otrzymałam w dniu poprzedzającym wyjazd informację, że temp. w salonie będzie 20 st. ,a w pokoju do spania 15 st. . Nie było 20, tylko ok. 18-19, a w ostatnim dniu 17,2.Jest zima. Była uwaga ,żeby niczego nie zmieniać w termostacie. Ponadto w pokoju do spania bardzo szumi piec akumulatorowy, co bardzo przeszkadza.
