It's was a huge single room, but a low budget decoration. The location is dar away from the city center if you don't have a car, it's hard to get. A lot of money for what it actually is...

I stayed in July, there was a plague of mosquitos. No AC, so sleeping with open windows meant having mosquitos inside. It would be great if the property would set up mosquito nets - even for 1 window. It really is a nice place, and having even 1 window covered with a mosquito net would solve the problem.

Ekonomicznie, schludnie z parkingirm na miejscu

Poszukiwałem ekonomicznego pokoju w tej części Szczecina i to co otrzymałem spełniło moje oczekiwania. Na miejscu parking z dość dużą ilością miejsc. Śniadanie smaczne -jajecznica podawana na świeżo po przyjściu do stolika a nie z bemaru na plus.

Jeśli się oczekuje jakiś większych standardów niż podstawowe, to należy szukać czegoś innego. Tu otrzymamy standard pensjonatu z uduchowionym przekazem. Nie mogę powiedzieć, aby coś mi się nie podobało.

Anbindung an die Innenstadt: 30 min an Bushaltestelle gewartet (Samstag Nachmittag, laut Google maps und Plan an Bushaltestelle hätte ein Bus kommen sollen, Fahrkartenautomat nur auf polnisch...) und dann mit Auto gefahren (wer weiß, wie wir nachts zurückgekommen wären...)

Bardzo budżetowy obiekt na peryferiach miasta

Niezły dojazd do centrum, bezpośredni tramwaj przejeżdża obok Stoczni Szczecińskiej. Cisza i spokój (ale tylko przez weekend).

To bardzo budżetowy obiekt, korzystają z niego głównie pacjenci sąsiedniego szpitala onkologicznego. Za tę cenę nie należy się spodziewać luksusów. Wielka plama na wykładzinie obok łóżka, brak jakiegokolwiek mydła w łazience oraz poduszka o konsystencji kisielu, będąca narzędziem tortur - to jednak trochę za dużo. W domu panowała cisza i spokój, ale wydaje mi się, że głównie z powodu długiego majowego weekendu. Ściany są cienkie i słychać przez nie wszystko. Myślę, że kiedy obiekt zapełnia się pacjentami/ gośćmi - trudno o wypoczynek. Okna mojego pokoju wychodzą na boisko szkolne, w poniedziałek od wczesnych godzin porannych dobiega z niego nieustanny hałas, charakterystyczny dla lekcji wf-u. Obiekt jest bardzo oddalony od centrum i wszystkich głównych atrakcji miasta. Jest też zamykany o godz. 22 (można dzwonić na telefon komórkowy pani z recepcji, żeby wpuściła). Kuchnia ogólnodostępna, wyposażona tylko w czajnik elektryczny i lodówki. Nawet kubek i sztućce należy mieć własne. Od przystanku tramwajowego do obiektu jest długie, dość strome podejście pod górę. Osoby w słabszej kondycji/ w trakcie leczenia - powinny mieć to na uwadze.
