The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need, but a few minor issues could be addressed.

Check-in at a time convenient for you, even if it’s late, since you can take the key from a special lockbox with a code. The apartment is clean and tidy. Fresh and clean bed linen and towels are provided. The bedroom has a very comfortable mattress. There is laundry detergent for the washing machine, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, and other household essentials just in case. The sandwich maker, oven, electric kettle, and stove are all clean and work perfectly. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, and even a vacuum cleaner are available as well. Excellent Wi-Fi — especially important for those working remotely. There are plenty of parking spaces around the building, so you can always find a spot for your car. Great location for walking: 15 minutes to the city center or about 30 minutes to the river embankment. The host was very quick to respond to any questions.

There is a small spider living in the bedroom, which might be unpleasant for those who are afraid of them. There were also a few traces of squashed bugs on the wall and on a shelf inside the wardrobe. The non-stick frying pan is scratched, and it feels a bit unsafe to use it for cooking. The sink in the bathroom may be too high for children or shorter people.

The host is a very friendly Person, we had a little Problem in the beginning and within 15 Minutes He came in Person and solved te Problem. The beds are very clean and all in all it was a very nice flat. Thank you

Its the second time i rented this place, and its the best. Close to everything! This is my favourite place, everything is exactly like the pictures! And a sweet landlord, who wants to make sure you have everything as needed

Locality is perfect, very nice, quiet. Very nice view from balcony. Clean room, comfy. Pleasant owner. I really recommend the accomodation.

A do not have "clever" phone so I read the info mail regarding check in only after the return. So I was a bit unsuere what to do after arrival to the place. But owner helped suring phone call so everything was finally fine :-)

The location is really good, new apartment, comfortable bed, nice living room and kitchen.

The toilet sit- the size does not match the toilet shape. Dust in the bathroom but I am pedantic so overal the apartment is clean 👌

Collection of the key is super easy. Free parking around the building. Close to the center. Wi-Fi.

Couple of things about cleaning, bed cover was dirty and cups in cupboard was dirty. I think is just what can happen to everyone who renting apartments. No worries.

Ми проживали в апартаментах з 21 грудня по 3 січня! Локація зручна: вокзал, торгівельні центри, продуктові магазини - все в пішій доступності. Задоволені абсолютно всім: чисто, тепло, комунікація з власником на найвищому рівні 👌. Не встигли написати, що нам не вистачає - відразу принесли (ми проживали 2 неділі):. Таблетки до помудомийки, капсули до кавомашини, навіть туалетний папір ми не купували - це вперше за 4 роки орендування житла на такий тривалий термін. Постільна білизна, рушники - все білосніжно біле, заміна без питань! Приємним бонусом після тривалої дороги була пляшка просеко на столі. Затишно, комфортно для невеликої сімʼї.

Побажання людям, які знімають: відносьтеся до помешкання, як до власного: не паліть в приміщенні, є балкон ну і т.д.! Бо можливо є нюанси, але тут не вина власника👆( бо якщо пропалений ламінат, самі розумієте 🤷‍♀️)

Eine schöne Zeit in Stettin

Zentrale Lage, Stettin ist auch fußläufig in alle Richtungen gut zu erreichen gewesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in der Nähe, sowie Restaurants. Die Wohnung war sauber und auch das Umfeld war sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei, gut erklärt und vorbereitet. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Wszystko się podobało. Nie było rzeczy do której można się przyczepić. Rezerwowałam już nie raz w Szczecinie ale takiego apartamentu jeszcze nie spotkałam. Bardzo mili gospodarze, bardzo pomocni. Czystość apartamentu w 100%. Przyjaźni sąsiedzi. Wszystko co potrzebne było na miejscu. Rzadko kiedy daje taką laurkę obiektowi ale jestem zachwycona. Tutaj widać że jeśli się chce to można zadbać o apartament tak jak trzeba. Do zobaczenia następnym razem.
