Logement confortable et bien situé sur les hauteurs de La Spezia

Le logement est très bien situé, en hauteur avec belle vue sur la baie de la Spezia, à 20 mn en voiture du centre-ville. L'espace privé dans le jardin est apprécié. La pièce à vivre est confortable et propre, la literie de très bonne qualité. Les hôtes sont très accueillants, disponibles et de bon conseil pour les visites. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il faut savoir que l'hôte prévoit le nécessaire au début du séjour mais il ne faut pas s'attendre à un petit-déjeuner frais tous les jours, contrairement à ce qu'on peut penser à la lecture de l'annonce.

Des équipements pourraient être changés (bouilloire, cafetière) et un micro-onde serait apprécié.

Bien mais pas a la hauteur du prix

Dans un petit village a 10 min du centre de La Spezia en voiture. Endroit tranquille et proche du centre d'acces au 5 terres. La pièce est d'une taille correcte, agréable , bien décoré . La salle de bain avec baignoire a remous est sympa. Veronica nous a accueilli et bien conseillé sur la visite des Cinque terre. La terrasse et le petit coin jardin est un plus avec une belle vue sur la ville de La Spezia. Le lit était très confortable. Nous avons très bien dormi. Clim opérationel.

A notre arrivé pas d'eau chaude, Veronica a réagit rapidement pour solutionner le problème. Parcontre le petit déjeuner n'est pas a la hauteur ( pas au niveau de ce que l'on voit sur les photos , pas de pain , d'oeuf ou de charcuterie et fromage) . Yahourt croissant pain au lait , sous emballage industriel , confiture , café avec cafetière italienne... Pratique pour partir tôt le matin mais pas a la hauteur du prix de la chambre. TV en panne , ce qui nous dérange pas , ils offrent une bouteille de vin blanc pour pallier a ce problème. Connexion wifi quasi inexistante. La bouilloire n'a pas été lavé depuis longtemps ... Je pense qu'il y a du laisser aller sur la maintenance des équipements

Tolle und ruhige Lage mit schöner Terrasse und Garten. Schöner Blick über die Bucht von La Spezia. Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Großzügiges Zimmer mit Bad.

le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de venir nous chercher à la gare à notre arrivée l'emplacement offre une vue splendide sur la baie petite terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuner

pour se connecter à la wifi, il faut aller dans le jardin la télé ne fonctionne pas (pas trop grave) la vue est splendide, donc elle se mérite, ça grimpe pour accéder au logement

Great location with a birds-eye view on La Spezia. Quiet and cozy location. The rooms are spacious and, most importantly, are air conditioned. A small fridge is available too. The owners are extremely welcoming and pleasant! They advise best places to visit and the most convenient (and cheapest) ways to get there. Veronica and Marco (owners) are just precious! So is their dog (that completely stays out of the way unless you ask to meet him).

The wifi is slightly slow due to the mountain location. Completely compensated by the awesomeness of the location and the great attitude of the owners.

The host was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful information. The room was very clean and had good facilities. There was a fridge which was useful and was well stocked for our breakfast. We liked the fact that we could choose when to have breakfast. Also we had good communication with the owner throughout our stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like- it was brilliant!
