Wundervolle Aussicht von der Terrasse

Ich finde das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht. Es wird ein Zimmer mit minimaler Ausstattung geboten. Ich finde die Unterkunft lädt nicht dazu ein, dort Zeit zu verbringen. Die beiden Stühle sind sehr unbequem und es gibt gar keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Es gibt weder Besteck noch Teller. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, keine Haken. Die Außenterasse hat eine tolle Aussicht, bietet aber leider fast keine Möglichkeit für Schatten. Ebenso der Pool: tolle Aussicht, aber kein Schatten. Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise ist es ok, für einen längeren Aufenthalt aber nicht geeignet. In unserem Fall hat die Klimaanlage nicht gut gekühlt, entweder weil sie sehr alt ist oder mit einer anderen Wohnung geteilt ist. Auf jeden Fall ist es der Klimaanlage nicht gelungen, den Raum angemessen zu kühlen.

Overall the stay was nice. Located in a beautiful small village high up on the hill. Views were great and the apartment had all the necessaries for family with two small children.

Overall the cleanliness could have been a little better. Apartment itself was a lacked a natural light because lack of bigger windows.

La casetta che ci è stata data era troppo carina. Spaziosa, ben arredata e con un ottimo stile. Super pulita. L’area piscina meravigliosa, con una vista su La Spezia magnifica. La signora Manuela l’host perfetto. Super gentile e disponibile. La posizione fuori dalla città per noi è stata il top, perfetta per una vacanza total relax fuori dal caos della città in mezzo alla natura

Sebbene il punto sia molto tranquillo, è piuttosto isolato e si è costretti a muoversi in auto, vicino non c’è granche. Il letto non era comodissimo, in bagno mancano degli appendini per asciugamani e accappatoi. Non eccellente il repporto qualità/prezzo.

Het huisje was klein maar ok.Wij hadden geen terrasje bij het huisje wat wel spijtig was.Had er zelf niet opgelet bij het boeken van de accomodatie wel .Dus best goed kijken als je boekt dat je de huisjes boekt waar je kan buiten zitten.(Je kan altijd buiten zitten aan het zwembadje wat verderop in de straat )

Tip voor de gastvrouw.mss ook wat bestek en bordjes en glazen voorzien voor wie meerdere dagen verblijft.(Koffietassen zijn er en kleine bekertjes)Wij verbleven 3 nachten en aten er ontbijt en soms s’avonds een hapje .Zijn naar dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt geweest om plastic bestek enzo.Mss ook klein wasrekje voorzien voor handdoeken op te hangen.Anders voor de rest was alles prima!!!

Séjour et hôte très agréable

Tout était parfait il n'y a rien à dire . Manuella est une hôte formidable , à l'écoute, nous donne les bonnes adresses et nous renseigne avec gentillesse sur tous les sites que nous voulons visiter. Je vous recommande cette adresse. Je pense que nous pouvons même devenir amie tellement elle est agréable!!! Le petit point négatif si nous pouvons appeler ça négatif c qu'il n'y est pas un petit déjeuner bien évidemment en supplément.

Our host was so amazing!! They were super helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Communication was exceptional, replied almost instantly every time.

Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to hire either a car or Vespa, so catching public transport was a little challenging as some buses were either late or never arrived.

A short stay in La Spetzia

Location was clean. Guest was waiting for us even though we arrived at 20:30. Shared useful info with us. Very nice view of the harbour. Good coffee.

Some additional adapters to match the Italian style to European style outlets. Example: hair dryer does not fit in the bathroom outlet. Would be helpful to have some more adapters around.

Not worth the money and misleading add.

The neighbors helped me more than the owner. They are nice people and responsive while the owner did not even talk to me when the taxi driver was lost and trying to get directions to the facility.

It is extremely hard to find the residence even by local taxi drivers. The owner used pictures to advertise the residence which did not match the reality. There is no Terrace and the room has no good access to a new view. If there is no view there is no point in renting at the top of the mountain. Basically, the pictures are misleading and the value for the money is almost none. There is no point in renting a residence at the top of the mountain with no view. It is like renting a basement with no access to the beautiful surroundings.

it was great to have a fridge and coffee machine. location had a beautiful view. the bathroom was nice and the room looked pretty.

it was clear that the neighbors didn’t enjoy tourists. Plus you could hear everything that happened next door (e.g. flushing of toilet/showering). furthermore the bed wasn’t very comfortable (plastic feeling)

Nice accomodation, having a particularly beautiful view over the bay. Private parking (free) is a great plus. It is a little far from the city itself, on a beautiful hill, but given that the vast majority of accomodations in La Spezia do not have their own parking lot, this was not a problem for us. The accomodation is located about 6 km (about 15 minutes driving) from the railway station, where you can leave your car safely in the underground parking (the fee during the day is 1.50 Eur/hour.) The host is very welcoming and friendly, she provided a lot of useful informations.

Nightmare - do not book

The view on the way to the location was very nice.

Owners kept us up in the middle of the night, i.e., from 3 am. We asked for silence but they didn’t care. In flat „Stella“ you will hear every step, every word said in the owner’s Appartement above. It was an absolute nightmare!

Purely Overpriced …….

Nice view over sea

Definitely overpriced. We had to drag our luggage’s for 200 metres to the car park, toilet ring broken, no support for toilet paper, veery cheap and small towels, no shelf’s for keeping the cosmetics , noisy neighbours talking all day on balcony.
