Una casa típica de La Spezia cercana a Conque Terre

El lugar es ideal para hacer excursiones por Cinque Terre. Mario estuvo atento en todo momento. Es una casa típica de la zona y me gustó mucho.

El aparcamiento es un poco justo, la calle por la que entras, pero nada que no se pueda resolver con un poco de pericia.

Tranquillità.

La posizione della casa a circa 1 km e mezzo dalla stazione centrale. Fuori dal traffico cittadino ma a circa 150 metri dalla fermata dell'autobus e dal tabaccaio per acquistare i biglietti. La pulizia della casa, il rapporto con il proprietario. Casa dotata di ogni confort.

La difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio.

Vacanza riposante e confort in autogestione

Alloggio come da descrizione: posizione molto silenziosa e cmq non lontano dalla città, parcheggio gratuito di fronte, autobus urbano ogni 15 min per la stazione / il centro a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. vicino ci sono dei piccoli negozi alimentari, un tabaccaio e entro 15 min a piedi (marciapiede) ci sono diverse trattorie/ pizzerie. La casa è molto spaziosa e ristrutturata di recente, molto luminosa. I letti sono molto comodi, la pulizia era impeccabile. Ci sono due balconcini al sole. Il bagno è nuovo, la cucina equipaggiata con ogni confort. Il gestore molto gentile, preciso e veloce nella comunicazione .

E' un' ottima soluzione per soggiornare a La Spezia. La casa è un pò decentrata , pulita e silenziosa.La zona molto tranquilla. Molto comodo l'autobus a 3 minuti a piedi. A La Spezia è molto difficile trovare un parcheggio. Vicino alla casa ci sono i posti auto gratuiti sempre disponibili.Ci sono dei buoni ristoranti nelle vicinanze raggiungibili a piedi e anche dei negozi di alimentari.. Consigliatissima questa casa. Se torno a La Spezia soggiornerò di nuovo in questa casa.

Cela aurait pu être parfait

Bon séjour dans ce grand appartement très calme avec tout le nécessaire au 1er étage dans une grande maison. Parking à 5o m . Maison très bien chauffée nous y étions en janvier . La WiFi passe très bien. Merci de nous avoir permis de rentrer les vélos dans le grand couloir . rue à double sens et très étroite , soyez prudent. Logemement pratique pour visiter les Cinque Terre , la gare centrale est à 15 minutes à pied ou 5 minutes avec le car (arrêt au bout de la rue) , ainsi que Portovenere(magnifique village) bus P pas loin de la gare centrale . Pour les billets pour les Cinque Terre en train vous pouvez les prendre directement au guichet à la gare . Et si vous avez le temps à voir aussi Pise qui est à une heure en voiture. La Spezia est une ville à visiter , de très jolis bâtiments. A la gare centrale vous avez une boutique d'informations et les personnes parlent le français , vous pouvez même y prendre les tickets de car , personnel super sympa. Les informations ne se sont fait que par sms ou mail , arrivée autonome . Petit message de bienvenu sur un ardoise posé sur la table dans la cuisine ( sympa). Bon séjour dans cette belle région.

Point très negatif : lits très inconfortables , faudrait juste changer les matelas (voir photo : matelas lit double ) . Dommage autrement le séjour aurait pu être parfait .

Super Apartment im alten Stil

Nettes Apartment im alten Stil mit sehr viel Platz in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Betten sind wirklich super. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit. Zu Fuß geht man ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof Centrale in La Spezia. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

We loved everything about this place. The location, very quiet and good views. The house was charming, clean, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable with extra blankets. The water pressure in the shower was perfect. The welcome message was a nice touch. The key retrieval was easy. It smelled wonderful. We loved our stay! ❤️

Super endroit pour visiter les 5Terres.

Tout était parfait. Une propreté irréprochable, bien équipé, un des deux lits était très mou.

Superb

Everything was very clean, clear instructions on getting the keys, fast communication with the host, charming traditional Italian home. Beds were comfortable, apartment was big, had two little balconies, quiet area.

Could have done with some salt and oil for cooking and maybe a bottle opener, but those are minor things and we did enjoy our stay. It is a little bit of a walk there from the station and the public transport stops after 8pm.
