Great stay, clean and very nice host.

Great hospitality by the host, provided plenty of information about the surroundings and recommendations for restaurants, what to see etc. The house was clean, tidy and well-equipped. Great comfort and plenty of space. Good space for our car. All in all, we were delighted about our stay.

We prefer to have duvets and linen in the bedrooms, but that is not essential.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Blick über La Spezia

Toller Blick über La Spezia. Ruhige Lage. Haus und Einrichtung sind modern und gleichzeitig sehr gemütlich. Francesca ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Wir haben 5 schöne Tage hier verbracht und die Cinque Terre in der Nebensaison genossen.

Wundervolles, geschmackvoll modern eingerichtetes Haus mit top Ausstattung und traumhaftem Blick über La Spezia. Super netter Empfang, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Het was een goed verblijf

Alles was aanwezig. Het terras was fijn. Er is een wasmachine aanwezig en de bedden waren goed.

De toegang naar de accomodaties is niet fijn. De auto kan niet dichtbij geparkeerd worden en de weg naar de accomodaties is stijl. Om de koffers boven te krijgen is een zware tocht. (Mede oorzaak was dat het heel erg warm was)

Un point de chute paradisiaque sur les hauteurs de La Spezia

Accueil et communication très sympathique avec Francesca la propriétaire, maison parfaitement située sur les hauteurs de La Spezia, avec une vue exceptionnelle des deux terrasses jusqu’à la mer. Maison à la décoration moderne, jardin adorable, une place de parking privée bref un superbe endroit. Nous connaissons bien la région et cette maison est un point de départ idéalement placé.

Fantastisch, verliefd op de locatie

Locatie: net buiten de stad waardoor je 1) rustig zit met een prachtig uitzicht over de stad en haven en 2) toch alles dichtbij is. Mooi vernieuwd huisje, super proper, leuk tuintje, airco's op kamers Supervriendelijke gastvrouw

We misten een koffiezet, maar dat is dan ook echt het enige 😉

Het was een geweldig verblijf.

Alles was perfect, het huis heeft een adembenemend uitzicht. Het terras/tuin met bbq was ook heel mooi. In het huis is alles van kwaliteit ingericht. Keuken ook heel compleet ingericht. Bedden lagen heerlijk. Zeker een aanrader voor een verblijf dichtbij La Spezia. Hier ben je in 10 minuten rijden met de auto. Francesca was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Excellent séjour!

Superbe maison dans les hauteurs de la Spezia avec une vue à couper le souffle. C'est un oasis de calme et de verdure tout en étant à quelques minutes du centre de la Spezia. La maison est propre, bien équipée et moderne. L'accueil de Francesca est chaleureux et on s'y sent tout de suite bien. Ne pas hésiter!

Nagyon tetszett a szállásadó közvetlen, kedves, szívesen ajánlom!

Csendes helyen szép környezetben, szép tiszta lakásban töltöttük a hétvégét!

A megközelítés egy kicsit körülményes, viszont kiváló parkolási lehetőséget kaptunk cserébe.

Superbe villa

Résidence entièrement rénovée sur les hauteurs de la Spezia avec une vue magnifique. Aménagée avec goût. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous n'avons pas pu rencontrer les hôtes mais très disponibles pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous y avons passé 3j en famille à 6 en janvier. Maison bien chauffée. Parfait pour visiter les cinqueterre à 10mn en voiture de la gare ou 30mn à pied (mais descente le long de la route pas très agréable).

Juste un petit bémol, il manque un peu de vaisselle (assiettes, couverts et verres) quand on est nombreux et que l'on veut manger sur place.
