Great location, not a very comfortable apartment especially in hot weather.
The location was very central and allowed us to easily walk to stores and train station (10 mins away). Owner was communicative and allowed us to do the check in late by placing key in a safety box which was convenient.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning which does not work properly. It was very difficult to sleep. It should not be advertised as part of the stay because it blows out warm air and the apartment is very humid. We tried to wash clothes but the detergent was very cheap and didn’t work well and the laundry was not dry after 2 days of hanging because of the humidity. Also, when leaving the owner wanted to me to pay the tourist tax for my children even though it is not required due to their young age. She claimed not to have noticed their age on their passports or the booking, but then why not ask their age? I don’t want to give bad intentions but had I not informed myself I would have paid an additional 10 euros unnecessarily. I did not appreciate that. Also, 10am check out is too early.

Position was great!
The "aircon" were small portable units which did not cool the place down and made so much noise that we were not able to sleep. There was no kettle to make tea or coffee (neither electric nor stove top)

Would not recommend this place unless the A/C worked better and the host improved communications.
The location was great.
The A/C was very poor and the extra A/C units plugged into the walls in each room were noisy and inadequate. The host made multiple unannounced deliveries to the unit and just plopped the stuff in the middle of the room. The dead roach on the floor was not a plus, but I do get that is out of the hosts control, but when pointed out, there was no response.

Les équipement n’étaient pas de bonne qualité, mobilier bas de gamme. Literies pas très confortables La climatisation ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres à coucher

Los grifos de la ducha un poco deteriorados y rota la ducha manual, no se puede sujetar. No hay perchas en el baño para colgar las toallas .
