Great flat

The flat was extremely clean, comfortable, and cozy, and it was conveniently located near the train station. I accidentally locked the key inside the flat, but the host promptly solved the problem by putting it back in the self check-in spot while we were out enjoying the city. Thank you so much! We loved our stay — it’s just a pity it was so short.

Just ok

Location, big bed, constant hot water, coffee and toastl

Small room, confusing check in (they waited until the same day of our stay to ask us about our arrival time instead of doing so in advance) so we were standing outside the room for some minutes. It's not a hotel, just a room in an old building located on the 2nd floor (3rd in American metrics) and no elevator, the minibar doesn't cool things enough

Good for a short non-cooking stay

The proximity to the train station and grocery stores was excellent, which made getting around very convenient. Although we didn’t use it, there was also a self-service laundry right next door. The place is fine for a short stay of one or two nights, especially if you don’t plan to cook. The host was also kind enough to let us check in after the official check-in hours, which we really appreciated.

The apartment had very few utensils, no dishwashing liquid and no cleaning products, despite what was stated on the booking page. We had to wash the dishes with bar soap and our bare hands. The minibar was also far less effective than a fridge. The listing felt a bit misleading because we thought we would be able to cook, but we ended up having to improvise. The soap and shampoo provided were not enough for our two-night stay. Communication with the owner was sometimes confusing since their English is limited, although in person he was polite and respectful, and I was able to communicate in Italian. One of the towels was dirty, and the bathroom door was stuck open.

The place would be suitable for a couple who do not mind noise. Clean and convenient location.

The location was excellent both near the station and the historic centre. The air conditioning worked well, the facilities were fine and the place was clean. The host was responsive when asked questions.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress was not even passable and should be replaced. The bedroom bed was okay. The building was extremely noisy. You could hear everyone in every apartment like they were in the next room. Travellers should note that there is no lift in case you have heavy bags.

Great to explore the area (&Cinque Terre)

The accommodation is very well located, close to the train station and right at the beginning of the city center. It was very clean, and the apartment was very well equipped—everything I needed was there. The price was fair. I was allowed to leave my luggage upstairs before the apartment was cleaned, so I could make the most of my arrival day. That was very nice, and I was incredibly pleased.

The owners can't do anything about it, but it was still a little annoying. The family in the flat next door is very loud between 8 p.m. and midnight, and from 6 a.m. for one hour. The people who booked the holiday apartment next to mine were also very loud and inconsiderate. Perhaps they could put up a sign in the vacation apartments asking people to be considerate. There's nothing you can do about the building structure or the family that apparently lives there year-round. Therefore I don't want to leave a bad review for it but just point out.

Very good self-catering appartment with microwave, kettle, fridge and some essentials provided.

Easy location to reach by foot as it is so near to the train station. Lovely decor and facilities in the rooms and this is a great atmospheric town.

Not the property's fault, so I am not blaming them - but the next door private apartment had what sounded like a children's party with over-excited children on one night that lasted late into the evening.

Nice stay, keeping it in my favorites for when I return to La Spezia

Perfect location right near the train station, 1 minute walking. The access to the apartment is very easy, right from the street. It has a coffee shop in front of the building for the morning croissant, a Careffour Express across the street and many restaurants nearby. The owners were very nice and helpful, easy to communicate with. We had the 2 rooms apartment with the terrace which is a big plus as a smoking area and to join your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. There are 2 coffee makers in the apartment + coffee:)

Perfect base to explore the Cinque Terre, great value for money

The property is in perfect location, so close to the train station and a great base for exploring the villages of the Cinque Terre. The property itself is so spacious, the beds were very comfortable and we loved having the balcony also. The very kind and welcoming host was great at communicating with us and allowed us to check in early. Thank you very much!

Попали в общенациональную забастовку 3 октября и пропустили одну ночь в этой квартире. Ключи можно забрать в ящичке на стене, возле входа в подъезд. Квартира с одной спальней, на кухне стоит раскладной диван. Есть болшой балкон с мебелью, что очень хорошо. Самый большой плюс, что квартира расположена очень близко к жд вокзалу. Дальше по этой же улице есть кафе-ресторан "Mercedes", где с 7 утра подают завтраки, а вечером можно прекрасно поужинать! Рекомендую.

- не закрывалась нормально дверь в душ и туалет - было прохладно, отопление не работает, но это, думаю, не вина хозяина. - неудобный раскладной диван. в спальне матрас нормальный. - очень ранний чекаут.

Czysty pokój w dogodnej lokalizacji

Pokój znajduje się bardzo blisko dworca kolejowego, ale nie słychać pociągów. Pokój jest czysty, a właściciel bardzo miły. Pozwolono nam zostawić wcześniej bagaże, przebrać się i skorzystać z toalety. W pokoju jest czajnik i mała lodówka, w której można schłodzić małe butelki wody. Pokój jest bardzo wygodny na krótki pobyt.

Alles super, aber kein Spülmittel vorhanden

Sehr nahe Lage am Bahnhof und netter Besitzer. Es war alles sauber und vor Ort gab es einen Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Wasserkocher. Alles top!

Es gab leider kein Spülmittel. Für eine Nacht war es für uns kein Problem, aber bei längeren Aufenthalten wäre eine Lösung hierfür notwendig um das Geschirr zu spülen.

Appartamento accogliente e vicinissimo alla stazione. Pulito e con tutti i servizi menzionati presenti e funzionanti( climatizzatore,wi-fi, etc.). Consiglio vivamente.

La ubicació, a la vora de l’estació i el carrer central de restauració i passeig. L’aire condicionat i poc sorroll.

Historia de terror. Ciro el aprovechado, grosero y ladrón.

Ha sido la peor experiencia de vida. Evitar este alojamiento a toda costa. Sobre todo si vas con niños. El dueño, Ciro, es una persona intrusiva, grosera, estuvo en el apartamento a los gritos durante 2 horas, hizo sentir miedo a mis hijos y los puso a llorar, nos trató de ladrones prácticamente cuando el error lo cometió booking. Nos quería cobrar 270 euros más por nuestra hija de dos años. Estando allá te das cuenta que cobran 100 euros si dañas las toallas, 50 euros si dejas mal lavados los platos… no fue nuestro caso… pero que lo sepan si llegan a alojarse ahí. Evitar a toda costa este tipo de personas que solo buscan aprovecharse de viajero. Incluso los vecinos que se dieron cuenta y también eran turistas, nos ayudaron e hicieron la denuncia en la policía…. Otra cosa… mientras no estás en el apartamento la gente entra sin que tú lo sepas. Vuelvo y repito. Es la peor experiencia de mi vida. No lo recomiendo y no sé cómo booking permite este tipo de personas.

Понравилось расположение. В 3 мин ходьбы подземный паркинг. Из паркинга можно поднятса на железнодорожный вокзал для поезки на поезде в Чинкве-Терре. Через дорогу небольшой супермаркет, за углом начинаетса дорога с всевозможными барами, ресторанами и магазинами, ведущая к гавани. Заселение простое, чисто, акуратно, все работает. Кухня оборудованна хорошо, есть кофе, чай, необходимые специи, набор посуды для приготовления пищи. Большая терасса с видом во внутрений двор, хорошо утром и вечером посидеть и посмотреть на жизнь местных, Окно спальни выходит на центральный перекресток, отличный вид. Апартаменты комфортны для 2 человек, если не слишком капризны, то можно и 4 :) Хорошай вариант, для любого вида отдыха.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole per la casa, il bagno ed il bar difronte per consumare la colazione .

La casa era in una posizione strategica perché essendo vicino alla stazione era facile muoversi con i mezzi

Non mi è piaciuto il contesto dove si trova l’appartamento poiché è al secondo piano in un portone con un ingresso non allineato con il contesto carino della casa. Poi non è indicato che l’alloggio è al secondo piano con scale non proprio comode per una come me che ha difficoltà a fare sali e scendi con le scale
