Localisation parfaite : à 10 min à pied de la gare pour visiter les Cinques Terres, en face de l'arrêt des bus pour Portovenere, à proximité immédiate des rues piétonnes, 20 min à pied de la Zone portuaire. La Spezia se visite à pied, et ses environs en bus ou en train ! Appartement calme, récemment rénové, salle de bain et chambre spacieuses.
Manque qq articles pour rendre le séjour plus confortable : torchon, balai, lessive, huile... Porte de la salle de bain à régler car frotte et se ferme en forçant.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca de la estación de tren y de la zona de servicios. Vivienda rehabilitada como turística hace no mucho tiempo y con buen gusto.
Necesita un repaso de mantenimiento. La puerta del baño se abre y se cierra con dificultad. El lavabo estaba atascado de pelos y lo tuvimos que desatascar. El sofá cama está para cambiar. Las almohadas eran demasiado duras y dormimos mal los 3 días. Nos dejaron 1 bote de gel de 30ml para 4 personas y 3 días de estancia, y otro de champú. Algún bote más o uno más grande nos hubiera venido bien.
