Beautiful spacious apartment

The spacious partment was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Fabio met us at the door and carried our bags up. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment after check out time and again Fabio met us and carried our bags down for us. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

A great place to start our Cinqueterre tour

Wonderful location near the train station, we love the apartment, it has all we needed. The considerate host was so kind to help us to carry the luggage upstairs as there is no elevator in the old building.

Great apartment in great location.

Great location a few minutes walk from the station. Fabio met us to show us around the apartment and helped us carry the luggage up the 2 flights of stairs as there is no lift. Great facilities and spacious apartment. Close to restaurants and supermarkets. Would recommend and stay again.

Perfect location to visit Cinque Terre by train

The apartment was spotless, and we had everything we needed. The owner met us on arrival and had secured us a parking spot close to the apartment. The location is just around the corner from the train station, perfect for a trip to visit the towns of the Cinque Terre and a 15 min or so walk to the harbour. There's a big supermarket 5 mins walk away. The only thing to be aware of is that it's quite a built-up area and quite loud and busy in the evenings, which the younger children found a little intimidating, but perhaps that's partly because we're not city folk. That said, the apartment was pretty soundproof, so it didn't bother us at night.

Clean, spacious property at the best location for train station based excursions

The owner of the property, Fabio, is very polite and always eager to answer all your questions. The location is excellent. The train station to Cinque terre is around the corner. There is also a supermarket in a very close distance. The property is very clean and spacious even for a family with 3 children. Even though there is no elevator at the building, Fabio helped us to take everything upstairs. There is also free parking (Fabio arranges for that to park in the public parking). The kitchen has everything to cook your food.

Glad we stayed at Casa Brin

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well maintained, fully functional, comfortable and convenient from a location point of view. The host was super nice. The room sizes and sleeping arrangements were good for a family of with teenage kids. Even though it was hot and humid the air-conditioning worked well. Would definitely stay again if I visit La Spezia.

All you need is in the appartment, very nice and helpful owner, very close to train station and to city center.

For those not used to, it may become loud in the evening as there is a park close by with many people, but with windows closed it is fine..

The property is close to the station, making it handy to go around the cinque terra, not too far from the city centre neither. The property is very large as a 1 bedroom, plenty of spaces to roam around. Fabio was an excellent host who kindly carried our luggage up. The place was also bright and clean.

The area outside was a bit noisy at night as many young people gathering near the plaza. But if you close the windows, hardly can hear the noise. The bed is a bit on the softer side.

The appartment was perfect : located close to the station, you are only 30' away from Cinque Terre. Fabio, the owner is a real kind and professinoal host . Supermarket close by. Although in a lively neighbourhood, we could not hear a thing from outside . Airco is a real plus in hot summer!

Super appartement avec tout ce qu'il faut, situé près de la gare, ce qui est bien pratique pour aller visiter les Cinque Terre. Gros plus pour la place de parking disponible.

Très bel appartement tout confort.

Très bien situé, à côté de la gare, proche du centre-ville à pied. Grand, lumineux et extrêmement bien équipé et agencé. Fabio, le propriétaire nous avait réservé une place de parking dans la rue juste à côté de l'appartement, ce qui était super car il est extrêmement difficile de se garer (à noter que ce n'est pas une place attitrée). Il nous a même aidé à porter nos bagages !

Literie un peu molle (mais c'est une histoire de goût).

L'emplacement près de la gare est parfait. Même si pas vraiment dans le centre ville de La Spezia. La disponibilité et amabilité de Fabio, l'hôte de l'appartement. Et l'appartement en général très bien entretenu et avec tout les équipements nécessaires

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble et l'appartement est au 2eme étage. On le savez en avance du coup on a pris des petites valises pas très lourdes et on a eu l'aide de Fabio pour le check-in et le check-out

Appartamento spazioso e molto fornito per quanto riguardano gli elettrodomestici della cucina. Ci sono bollitore tostapane macchina sia per espresso sia per il caffè americano. Molto pulito e ordinato . Appartamento caldo e buona insonorizzazione. Host super disponibile e gentile ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Posto auto utile e soprattutto posizione ideale per i mezzi.

Lenzuola da migliorare. Metterei in dotazione canovacci per la cucina anziché un asciugamano da bagno per i piatti e sarebbe davvero carino se si hanno bambini di lasciare un asciugamano anche per loro dato che nella prenotazione vengono inclusi.

Estupendo !

Súper bien ubicado, tenia súper mercado cerca, la parada del metro a 3 minutos . Era tal cual las fotos, muy limpio, ordenado y Fabio muy atento, nos ayudó a subir las maletas, siempre atento y nos ayudó con muy buenas recomendaciones para hacer el tour por cinqueterre.
