This apartment was amazing; an excellent location not far from the railway station. Alessandro made our stay more special because he took time to do the small things which make the stay that much more special - milk, juice water and wine in the fridge, some snacks available too. There was lots of spices and oils etc available so we could buy fresh ingredients and cook each evening. Alessandro met us and showed us around the apartment, lots details about the apartment. Definitely 11 out of 10!
I think for the Australian and UK guests, a kettle to make tea would be great

L' emplacement : tout proche (a 1 min) de la gare de La Spezia centrale et de son grand parking sous terrain (assez cher mais très pratique).
La communication avec Alessandro est très fluide et rapide, il est très disponible et réactif aux messages.
L'appartement est très bien agencé, propre et pratique (tout est à proximité)
Si j'avais juste un petit point négatif c'est qu'il y a un peu de bruit dans la rue et dans l' entrée de l' immeuble à cause de la porte d' entrée en fer (mais avec les boules quies , c'est résolu !)
Une smart TV pour se connecter à Netflix (dans notre langue) serait un plus !

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en tren que, aunque es el medio de transporte más rápido, a veces resulta un servicio deceocionante. Ha ha ido muchas demoras y cancelaciones el tiempo en que estuvimos allí. Salir siempre con tiempo extra!
El espacio es súper amplio y cómodo. Una familia puede está muy bien allí. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y un supermercado muy cerca.
Alessandro es un excelente anfitrión y te recibe con toda la información acerca del lugar y tus opciones, además de algunas vituallas de bienvenida que resultan muy necesarias después de un largo viaje.
Me gustó todo, solo por decir algo, sugiero que agreguen una tostadora de pan.

Je n'ai pas apprécié que le propriétaire me demande un supplément de taxe de séjour qui ne correspondait pas au contrat, ni à la législation de La Spezia. J'ai dû faire intervenir Booking qui a très bien pris en charge ma demande et validé le montant prévu de la taxe.
