Spacious and clean accommodations with all the amenities. Very convenient to central train station. Surprisingly quiet at night despite close to tourist area. Good accommodations when visiting Cinque Terre area. Be prepared for the flights of steps to the accommodations.
Our streaming services not accessible outside of Canada. Limited to Italian language selections or 3 news channels in English. Made evening TV watching interesting.

Vaste appartement très bien placé. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Davide mais tout s'est bien passé.
3ème étage sans ascenseur, il ne faut pas être trop chargé ! Pas mal de détails pourraient être améliorés : les équipements sont un peu justes, les casseroles très usagées, la machine à laver fatiguée...

Self check‑in was very easy and smooth. The apartment is very clean and spacious, with great attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay. The location is perfect: close to the train station, the port, and many restaurants and bars. The host was extremely kind and always available, doing everything possible to make sure we enjoyed our stay from check‑in to check‑out. Thank you for everything Davide!

La ubicación cerca de la estación La Spezia Centrale. Muy bien equipado. El edificio es antiguo pero el departamento totalmente remodelado a nuevo
Hay que subir 3 pisos por escalera. Si bien para nosotros no resultó un problema, las personas mayores o con movilidad reducida les puede resultar incómodo
