A LA GARE

It was like being in a stately home. This impression was enhanced by the grand, solid pieces of furniture and the beautiful terracotta and cream tiled floor in the lounge room and extensive hall way which ran the full length of the apartment. The living area (lounge room) was very spacious, containing a couch upholstered in black leather (or vinyl?) with cushions and two matching arm chairs, a round, formal dining table with four chairs and a heavy chest cum dresser with a marble top and gold plated handles on the drawers. The walls were adorned with seven modern paintings that had been carefully chosen, even down to the colour of each framed print. The principle bedroom was ample size with a comfortable bed and bedside tables with lamps. The kitchen was large with a big kitchen table that could easily seat five. There was a lot of bench space for food preparation and cooking and even a toaster and dishwasher. The most attractive aspect was the amount of natural light and fresh air, with large double windows in each room that could be opened. The living area actually had two double windows which overlooked different streets. The host, Tiziana was really welcoming and had provided a wealth of written information on La Spezia and Cinque Terre in a folder on the table. She responded in a prompt and caring manner when the toilet wouldn't flush and resolved this problem efficiently.

I can't think of any improvements. It was perfect and I didn't want to leave.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à La spezzia. L appartement est impeccable et proche de tout : gare, rue principale avec toutes les boutiques et restaurants, carrefour market. La hôte a été très gentille et réactive.

Le fait qu'il soit bien situé en centre ville et à côté de commodités.

Le fait que la cafetière soit trop petite pour le nombre de personnes et que le four soit inutilisable. Cela est bien dommage. Appartement bien placé mais beaucoup de bruits venant de la rue. Débit de l eau dans la salle de bain. Revoir tout cela.

Bel appartement, très bien situé près de la gare et au calme.
