Le fait qu'il soit bien situé en centre ville et à côté de commodités.
Le fait que la cafetière soit trop petite pour le nombre de personnes et que le four soit inutilisable. Cela est bien dommage. Appartement bien placé mais beaucoup de bruits venant de la rue. Débit de l eau dans la salle de bain. Revoir tout cela.

The apartment was close to train station and had good facilities. It was spacious and had all essential equipment. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were very big. There is an option to eat at a kitchen table or at the dining table in the lounge room.
Not the apartment’s fault but if someone is coming over the weekend I advise to bring good ear plugs as there is a lot of noise from a restaurant on the opposite side of the street late into the night.
Also the apartment building has a lift but there are several steps from the door to the lift. It was fine for us but it’s good to be aware for people who can’t carry a luggage.

Je recommande vivement cette adresse à La SPEZIA à 2 pas de la Gare pour aller dans les Cinq Terres et au bout de la grande rue piétonne qui amène jusqu'au port. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Grand appartement, très bien équipé et très propre. Conforme aux photos du site.
