Great stay and I’ll be back there soon

It was in a great location 20 min walk from the station which was perfect to day trips such as cinque terre. The facilities were great and the shower was amazing. Would definitely stay there again

The walk is short but it is uphill so carrying a heavy bag it can be a pain but it got easier as we did it. The tv is quite high up on the wall but that’s not even an issue

A lot to improve

Check-in went smooth, AC worked well, Wifi worked well

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The price definitely didn’t match the value. While parking was listed as free, in reality, it was nearly impossible to find a spot, which caused a lot of inconvenience. A heads-up, honesty and some work-arounds would be highly appreciated; At the end we found some residential areas 10 mins walk away where it was a bit easier, but would be a better experience when the host could have sent some google maps pins and recommendations about where to park. The property was full of mosquitoes, even though we barely opened the windows, so they must have been there before — mosquito nets would have been very helpful. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking even a single proper knife for food preparation (just a basic bread knife), which made cooking quite frustrating. Also, not providing a fresh sponge felt unhygienic. The most unpleasant part, however, was the sensor light in the corridor. It triggered a harsh, bright white light every time we passed by, even during the evening or night. If you're a light-sensitive or health-conscious guest concerned about the impact of artificial light on sleep, this will likely be a problem. We asked the hosts to turn it off, but they simply said it wasn’t possible and didn’t offer any alternative.

Terrible service, no parking

Easy and flexible check in. Clean facilities. There were also dishes, silverware, a coffee machine, microwave and a panini press.

The service is probably the worst I've seen. We had only one blanket for two beds. I asked for one more blanket and another roll of toilet paper. After a lot of unnecessary back and forth and unhelpful responses from reception (e.g. "just turn up the AC temperature"), they agreed to bring me some, and never did. I slept under a bedsheet and sofa cover for two nights - disgraceful! Guests are also expected to take out the trash when they leave, which I've literally never seen at any hotel or guesthouse in this price range. The hotel had no dedicated parking spaces. Parking was extremely hard to find, even in late September. I had to drive around the block several times and ended up parking ten minutes away. Also no toiletries except for soap.

Cozy place and great amenities

The place was so cozy and really well equipped! There were plates and cutlery for us to use which was great to prepare some easy dishes. The bed was comfy and it was only a 15 minute walk from the train station to visit Cinque Terre.

We got there around 7pm on our first day and unfortunately it was really tough to find a spot to park.

Amazing!! Would definitely recommend.

Clean and modern with good AC. Stayed in unit without kitchen and still had all equipment we needed with coffee maker toastie machine, fridge and microwave. Bathroom was nice and modern and was spacious enough for three. Communication with host was also very easy and good. We also felt very safe as a group of three girls.

We were missing a drying rack and some broom to clean with. since you are by the sea and expected to go to the water, you need to dry your stuff somewhere and clean the sand you bring back.

Great stay, affordable rate, near the train station to comfortably visit 5 Terre

The room was very clean, big enough to fit comfortably the 3 of us, modernly designed with taste. And Irene was always available to help.

- 1 seul rouleau de papier toilette pour 3 nuits/2 personnes... - coussins très très fins - tête de lit pas confortable (barreau en fer) - 1 seul message de l'hôte à l'arrivé puis plus rien - éloigné des commerces - pour les couverts, 2 petites cuillères seulement...

L'appartamento era curato, la mobilia comoda, il minimo indispensabile per l'autonomia. Un supermercato vicino, l'ufficio postale a pochi passi.

La pulizia non era il massimo (è un parere strettamente personale-poteva essere curata un po di piú) Per il parcheggio si fatica se si arriva in tarda serata.

Gute Lage, Service und Ausstattung ausbaubar.

Kleines wackeliges Bett. Kaum Küchenutensilien (Messer, Gabel, Geschirr) Klopapier reichte nicht und musste selbst besorgt werden, genauso wie Reinigungsmittel. Die Handtücher wurden in den fünf Tagen nicht gewechselt. Den Müll muss man selbst entsorgen.

Ampi spazi ristrutturati e ben tenuti. Molto silenzioso. Specchio nel disimpegno bello e molto utile.

La luce automatica nel disimpegno, che tutte le volte che di notte ti alzavi per andare in bagno, ti fiamma gli occhi con una flesciata di luce. Il condizionatore funziona benissimo, ma quando parte per abbassare la temperatura sembra un Boing 747 in partenza sulla pista di rullaggio.

Struttura a La Spezia a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione ma ben collegata col Bus 3, pulita ed accogliente con arrrdamento nuovo. Host gentile e premurosa, parcheggio gratuito in zona la quale r servita da bar,supermercati e ristoranti. Bravi

Appartment ist schön eingerichtet und hat eine vollfunktionale Küche. Auch die Anbindung an die Stadt ist super - gute Ausgangslange für Urlaub an der Cinque Terre

Ein Pfannenwender wäre für die Küche noch praktisch gewesen :)

Un séjour confortable dans un airbnb en autonomie complète

Confortable et propre, avec le rangement qu'il faut. La salle de bain est bien. Il n'y a pas de bruit. Bien situé même s'il faut marcher 20 minutes depuis la gare le long d'une route assez passante.

Il y a une bouilloire et des sachets de thé mais pas de grandes tasses donc ça ne sert à rien. Pas d'accueil, on se demande pourquoi on paie un service. Pas de petit-déjeuner, nous pensions pouvoir le prendre ponctuellement en fonction de nos horaires, mais comme nous n'avons vu personne nous n'avons pas pu ajouter cette option.

Ci siamo trovate molto bene, consiglierò sicuramente la casa

Posizione ideale vicino alla stazione (15min a piedi), nel quartiere sono presenti molti supermercati. Parcheggio comodo e gratuito vicino a casa. Si riesce a spostarsi facilmente in città senza avere la confusione del centro.

Se dovessi migliorare qualcosa cambierei materasso letto un po’ troppo morbido per i miei gusti. E se fosse possibile la luce dell’entrata che si accende al primo movimento e resta accesa per un po’ (a mio avviso non serve)

Très chouette

L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel. Il y a un petit supermarché à 20 mètres. On peut stationner dans les rues gratuitement. La gare est à 15-20 mn à pied. La propriétaire est très disponible et répond rapidement.

Apartamentul este superb, foarte incăpător, curat, bucataria si baia dotate cu tot ce este necesar, la 10 minute de mers pe jos pana la gară. Un plus faptul ca in fata imobilului se afla un magazin Carrefour foarte bine aprovizionat, zona foarte linistita. Noi am rezervat camera dubla insa gazda a fost extrem de amabila si ne-a pus la dispozitie apartamentul, fara costuri suplimentare, deorece era liber in perioada respectiva. Gazda foarte amabila, ne-a ajutat cu toate informatiile necesare. La locatie am avut cafea si ceai din partea casei. Am fost foarte mulțumiți. Recomand cu mare drag!

Estremamente consigliato

Esperienza davvero ottima. Appartamento semplice ma molto funzionale, praticamente nuovo, situato al piano terra in una piccola via molto tranquilla ma vicino alla strada principale con bar, supermercati e parcheggi gratuiti (cosa rara) a portata di mano. Cucina grande e attrezzata, bagno comodo e spazioso, camera da letto ampia e confortevole. A 15 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione. Ottima base di partenza per vedere le Cinque Terre in treno o spostarsi in auto verso le zone di Portovenere o Lerici. Praticamente senza difetti, terrò certamente in considerazione per un ritorno a La Spezia.

Era tutto perfetto, al massimo tornerebbe comodo qualche presina e sottopentola in cucina e un paio di cuscini in più per la camera da letto.

Gli ambienti sono nuovi e tutto è pulitissimo, nel complesso la struttura è bella e funzionale, buona anche l'accoglienza.

La struttura è un pò lontana dal centro, 2km, però c è la fermata dell'autobus vicinissima
