Nice place to stay

Just as in the pictures. Close to the bus stop and train station (20 mins walk or around 8 min by bus). Perfect place to stay and explore Cinque Terre!

Cinque Terre stay

Very nice loft apartment roughly a 15 minute walk from the train station. An excellent terrace with lovely views and had nearly everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Oven was broken but I worked around it. Dogs barking got a bit annoying but it does eventually die down as the day goes on and I was out every day trekking along the cinque terre coastline anyway.

A fantastic place !

A charming big attic studio with a lovely terrace with a table and chairs. The kitchen is well equipped. The host provided us useful information about restaurants, laundry, supermarket.....And also in the place there were information of the city, Cinque Terre.... A safe and quiet neighbourhood. It is just a metres to the bus to the railway station and the city centre. A great place for staying in La Spezia.

There was no beach in the city, we walked 13 km after driving 1000 km :(

The night before leaving, I wrote that we had to leave on time the next morning, but we didn't get an answer, then they waited for our phone call and then said that they wouldn't come for the key, but to put it in the place he specified. we were 1.5 hours late at the next place. There was no water for 1 day, we also wrote about this, but we didn't get an answer. the dogs in the neighborhood barked all night, it was impossible to rest :(

Loved the terrace! So beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views. Apartment was clean and tidy, had everything we needed. We were also able to check in early which was much appreciated. Great value for money - would definitely recommend staying here :)

Not recommended for stays in the winter month

Quiet area with nice balcony. Nice view over the town. Big enough for two people.

The Check-in is a bit complicated as no one speaks English. Tourist tax can only be paid in cash. The apartment is a large room with everything in it. There is no separate bedroom. Due to the fact that the refrigerator is extremely noisy, it has to be switched off at night. The beds are super uncomfortable and there is only one thin sheet that two people have to share. The flushing of the toilets is partly defective, so that water ripples all night. The heaters don't work properly either, so that you are woken up by loud noises at night. The oven cannot be used due to alleged electrical problems.

Me ha gustado mucho la terraza con unas vistas estupendas. La casa con una temperatura ideal para el frío gracias a la calefacción. Todo muy limpio.

El baño bastante antiguo, la mampara de ducha muy descuidada, no había una tostadora o es que no la encontramos y tampoco encontramos servilletas de papel para usar en desayuno y cena, tuvimos que usar el rollo de papel higiénico. Ahhhh y no sabíamos que era un piso cuarto sin ascensor.

Appartement spacieux, avec une terrasse très agréable, bien desservi en bus, accessible à pied du centre ville, avec des magasins autour. Kamil prend soin de ses hôtes avec des petites attentions et un carnet d'adresses bien utile !

Il n'y a plus de bus après 20h30 et l'appartement est au 4eme étage - pas un problème si on est en forme !
