The area was very quiet. The view was spectacular. It was very good.

There was no Wi-Fi. It is posted in the equipments but nowadays you don’t look at the and just expect it.

Spacious comfortable apartment but far a far walk from the town.

Really spacious apartment with a lovely view and comfortable space, the host was good at replying fast and helpful. The space would suit a family stay with a car.

It was a hike to the apartment everyday, not ideal without a car, very dark and lonely path up to the apartment. The apartment is missing basic equipment such as a kettle. It would be better to leave more than just one roll of toilet paper for guests. The apartment could use a fan as it’s very hot in the summer. Drawers are filled with junk , could use a clean out.

Nice and clean apartment. The apartment is spacious and has a friendly balcony. The area is also peaceful with nice view from the balcony. It's about 20 min walk from LA spezia station but we find it easy to walk after doing it the first time. We feel at home every time we come back at the apartment at night. It's so nice to relax in the living room or in the balcony.

The apartment was clean and tidy with lots of kitchen supplies.

Extremely hard to find - no clear number on the street and had rear access. It would be good to have a sign out the front.

Great and quiet location with La Spezia's bay view from the covered terrace

Great location just 10min from train carpark and station for Cinque Terre. Excellent windows system & rolling blinds to cool & shade the house during hot hours (crucial in heatwaves!). Panoramic views over La Spezia from terrace. A quiet, spacious and comfortable stay whilst exploring the coast. We particularly recommend el ristorante ReBasilico, only a little 5 min drive from the appartment with al fresco dining, excellent friendly service from Marco the owner, affordable and truly yummy: homemade bread (I'm french and find italian bread otherwise awful), pizza, homemade pastas, and great variety of quality fresh seafood dishes made with love (the seafood antipasto platter & squid ink risotto were excellent).

A bedside lamp for the little bedroom and a bigger coffee percolator ;) Oh, and a new dustpan please.

Well equiped apartment with breathtaken view to La Spezia. Convinient check-in with free parking near house. Close to Train Station - only 6 min by car. My kids was very happy finding toys and books in Sylivia's House.

Ottima scelta

L’appartamento è stupendo, spazioso, luminoso e pulito. È presente tutto il necessario e Silvia è sempre stata presente, rispondendo rapidamente ad ogni domanda. La posizione è stata facilmente raggiungibile in auto, anche se non particolarmente comoda da raggiungere a piedi, ma per noi che avevamo necessità di parcheggio è stata il massimo. Il prezzo è realmente basso considerando di avere l’intero appartamento a disposizione. Lo consiglio vivamente
