Claudio brought us Lemoncello made by his wife Donata. It was really delicious and a nice touch.

The view was stunning. The place was clean and easy to do everything. Not big but really functional. We really enjoyed it. Well decorated as well.

The sitting area can be a little improved. The shower is leaking on the floor.

Easy kind of living

I really enjoyed how this place felt so homie. It looked better than the pictures. You can tell that the owners of the house put a lot of time in taking care of the house and the little cozy touches make you feel right at home. The view from this place is incredible!!!

My main concerns was that the toilet door didn't really close and the warm water would run out quite fast. Luckily,I was with my friends and that wasn't a really big worry. The WiFi didn't reach the chalet so to get on to the internet,I would have to sit outside and do my thing. However,I did find it quite nice to just live that la dolce vita without the social media. Few days in we also got some housepets-ants. But hey,that also makes it quite authentic,because it did feel like we were out in nature :)

Lovely cottage with view all over La Spezia

Really loved the small cottage. Really authentic Italian living. The best is the terrace with the view all over La Spezia. The garden is beautiful and you can use the jacuzzi. Parking on the street for free. The landlords were really nice and helped with everything. Perfect stay, we will come back again!

Maybe add oil and pepper in the kitchen, this would be perfect.

Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo, host super ospitali e disponibili. Pulitissimo e funzionale, con una vista da togliere il fiato e posizione strategica per raggiungere le bellezze limitrofe.

Mancanza di aria condizionata, Oscuranti alla finestre, presenza di formiche all’interno. Mobilio coerente con la struttura decadente

Dépaysant et vue imprenable

La vue incroyable, la décoration, l'accueil chaleureux , le magnifique jardin, les animaux, poules et chien et chat. Et la terrasse pour prendre les repas

Humidité constante dans un logement mal isolé . Il fallait éponger le sol avec des serviettes et infiltration abondante d’eau par les planchers-pas d’eau chaude le premier soir-invasion de fourmies noires d’un cm de long.je me suis fait mordre dans le lit-nous avons ramassé des pelles tous les jours.pas de chauffage dans la salle de baim.propreté laisse à désirer.lavabo cuisine constamment bouché.
