Feels like home, even when on vacation.

Very cozy place, that feels like home, even when you are on vacation. Beautiful garden. No tortoises in this season. Place is spacious, with all the amenities for comfortable stay. Very safe area and good place to park nearly as well. The host is welcoming and easy to communicate, as he is fluent in English. Approximately 15 minutes (on foot) from train station, to catch the train to 5 terre.

Quiet little apartment with a lovely garden

The host was very friendly and gave us a good welcome with many detailed recommendations what to do in the area. The apartment is small but cosy and has a nice private garden where to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity and a busy city centre area is in a walkable distance.

Excellent and comfortable stay for visiting the Cinque Terre and Portevenere

Beautifully renovated apt with everything we needed! Gorgeous and very private garden area where you could sit outside in the shade. Terrific place with really good calzones nearby. Andrew had many suggestions for places to visit and restaurants.

Bathroom was a but tight but not unlike others we have had in Italy.

Exceptional

Perfect place to stay in La Spezia. It was simple to access this place by walking from train station. Communication with a host was easy and he gave us good tips for our vacation in La Spezia/Cinque Terre (places to visit, restaurants and beaches). Cleanliness of this accommodation was exceptional!

Perfect ten!

The apartment is very close to the train station so it is a very good start if you want to visit Cinque Terre. It is very well equipped and decorated with taste. The garden is a perfect place to take your breakfast or relax at the end of the day. The host was very friendly and made sure we had a good time. A lot of parking space for the car.

Great apartment with incredibly helpful host

The host was incredibly nice and helpful. He sent us several local recommendations that were very helpful and made our trip better. The apartment is very comfortable with a good atmosphere and it lived up to all our expectations. You have to walk around 15 min to get to La Spezia station, but the neighbourhood is nice and not touristic (we were happy to stay in La Spezia instead of one of the very touristic neighbouring towns - these are nice to visit, but we preferred not to stay there).

Magnificent

Andrew is a very good host! We got a lot of tips for things to do, to eat, to visite and so on. Any questions we had were answered within a second. The house was super clean and the garden superb. A little gem. We had a wonderfull stay!

Wonderful stay, great location, amazing host - highly recommended!

Andrew was a terrific host. Prior to checking in and arrival he gave us specific information about the location and parking. Upon arrival, the check in process was easy and smooth - Andrew met us at the property and quickly helped us get settled. He sent us wonderful recommendations for places to eat, places to see, he also was kind to send us bus tickets and was very flexible about check in and Check out time. He was friendly and accessible at all times which made our stay even more wonderful. The apartment is adorable, very comfortable, air condition works great, beautiful scenery with the attached garden and great location to get downtown and to go to Cinque Terre. We look forward to returning to stay at Ca Do Dria soon.

Lovely place and garden

Our stay was excellent. The place and garden was clean, new, and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Our host was flexible, kind, responsive and proactive. He provided us with recommendations for what to do in the area and where to dine - and the 2 restaurants we tried were perfect. We also loved the turtles keeping us with company in the garden. Big plus!

An ideal place for a tour stay!

The facilities in the room are quite new and it is nicely decorated. I love the garden outside where you can sit cosily and take a sip of coffee in the morning. We were awakened by the sound of birds chirping in the early morning 😂Andrew is a very nice host offering us valuable information for sightseeing. Do enjoy our short stay here!

Good location, close to supermarket & train station (15-20 min walk), parking possible very close for free. The house has very good facilities (everything is new) and also a yard where you can stay outside. The host was very kind, he gave us a lot of information regarding local restaurants and what to visit.

The apt is perfect for a couple. Although there is a sofabed, there is no door separating the bedroom and the sitting room. We loved the space, everything is brand new!

Ohne Einschränkung eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft :-)

Eine kleine Oase in La Spezia. Unser Gastgeber Andrew hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns mit hervorragenden Infos versorgt. Gute Tipps zum Essengehen haben wir ebenso bekommen wie zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein absolutes Highlight war der sehr liebevoll hergerichtete Garten mit den Schildkröten. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und wirklich sehr, sehr sauber. Auch dass der Kühlschrank von Seitens Andrew mit ein paar Köstlichkeiten gefüllt war ist ein kleines nettes Detail. 20 Fußminuten vom Bahnhof La Spezia um von dort nach Cinque Terre zu gelangen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Väldigt bra bemötande och service. Fick många tips på både restauranger, stränder och butiker. Lägenheten var i toppskick och innergården var magisk. Mysigt att sitta och äta på innergården. Kan verkligen rekommendera ett besök här.

Gran descubrimiento en La Spezia

Todo, comodidad,instalaciones y decoración. Jardín espectacular para terminar el día tomando algo. Las tortugas son un encanto que hacen las delicias de los niños. Casa ubicada en una zona tranquila con buen aparcamiento gratuito y con oferta gastronómica de calidad muy cerca. Bien comunicado para ir al puerto o para salir al resto de zonas del Cinque Terre. Andrew te trata de manera espectacular,estando atento en todo momento para que no te falte nada. Totalmente recomendable.

-Andrew ist ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat uns einige Tipps gegeben, die man als Fremde in einer neuen Stadt sehr gerne annimmt. -Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber. Kochutensilien sind vorhanden -der Garten lädt sowohl zum Entspannen als auch zum Entdecken ein. -Kostenlose Parkplätze sowie eine Ladestation für E-Fahrzeuge sind in der Nähe vorhanden (sofern frei)

We hebben van het appartement en van cinque Terre genoten.

Zowel binnen als buiten was het goed toeven. En in de niet zo grote, maar wel erg mooie tuin liepen ook nog eens leuke schildpadjes rond. Het was gewoon een compleet en mooi appartement. De gastheer maakte met zijn goede tips ons verblijf helemaal af.

Przestronny apartament, w unikalnym stylu, w którym każdy detal jest dopracowany. Otoczony pięknym ogrodem. Apartament jest doskonała bazą wypadową do Cinque Terre - 15 minut spacerem do stacji kolejowej La Spezia (można też podjechać na stacje autobusem, przystanek przy apartamencie), w odległości 2 minut spacerem delikatesy i kawiarnia.
