Casa bellissima e ordinata arredata in maniera semplice e colorato ma molto bello I proprietari sono persone gentilissime, simpatici e disponibili La cosa più apprezzata e sicuramente più emozionante e l'enorme terrazzo con la vista su l'intero golfo di La Spezia, i colli fino alle montagne di Carrara La posizione e abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro in macchina, ma come posizione sicuramente più ricercato per chi cerca totale tranquillità, cosa che ho apprezzato

La Spezia entre ciel et mer

La localisation dans la montagne au dessus de la Spezia, à proximité de la ville mais au calme. L'appartement avec une grande terrasse et sa vue sur la mer et la ville, quand il fait beau (ce ne fut pas le cas).

La difficulté à trouver l'hébergement. Le stationnement un peu loin de la maison quand il faut transporter les bagages par un petit chemin. L'escalier en pierre un peu raide avec des marches hautes qui descend vers la maison. A déconseiller aux personnes âgées. Le chauffage par convecteur mural inefficace pour 3 petites pièces alors que les radiateurs existants sont inopérants.

Un accueil chaleureux. L'endroit idéal pour récupérer de la visite des Cinque Terre, et autres endroits comme Porto Venere, et Tellaro...et un vue splendide depuis Casa Maïa

Very confy and well equipped property with a great view over the bay run by very friendly hosts.

Paula and Mimmo were very friendly and attentive hosts. Mimmo met us some way down the road to show us to the property. The place was exceptionally clean and there was everything we needed in the kitchen including some fresh coffee.

Perfect weather and view of the bay and surrounding country at this out of the way stay means we will return!!

The hosts were kind and helpful and the view was spectacular.

Parking is up the path on the street and the you have to be careful on the stairs downhill. It was expected.
