Wouldn’t have stayed anywhere else!

Giorgiano was the kindest host ever! We had such an amazing time at La Villa. There was a nice little cafe we ended up going to everyday selling delicious gelato for very cheap, we got to stay in a very quiet location, and, even though it was hot, we never used the fan because the location was hilly making it nice and breezy and night. It was overall extremely comfortable, and very clean. One of my favorite stays ever, the area is very calm with supermarket and stores nearby. Would highly recommend.

It is a beautiful property with a great location, only a 20 minute walk to the train station or less than 5 minutes on the bus. It is a quiet, lovely town with some great restaurants and if you see Gina, the residential dog, she loves a good pat!

The only thing we would’ve liked would’ve been a kitchen or kitchenette, as it would’ve been a beautifully spot to have dinner in the garden there. However, we didn’t mind too much and it said it didn’t have one so we weren’t surprised to find there wasn’t anyway.

Great quiet spot, with a nice garden and beautiful rooms. We arrived a bit late and the parking was full so we had to look for parking but the hosts accommodated us even though we came outside of check-in hours due to delays.

Great value if you don't mind staying a bit outside of Cinque Terre!

Great location for a weekend in Cinque Terre. An easy 20-minute walk to the train station with free parking close by since we drove there. The balcony room with the little reading nook loft was perfect for my husband and I. In that room, the bathroom is en suite and we sat out on the balcony in the evenings.

The only downside is that it's right next some kind of soccer field or sports complex (thus the free parking) so there were bright lights and people playing late on our last night there (Sunday).

A very pleasant and relaxing stay in La Spezia.

Superb garden, very quiet and very clean. Also close to the bus station and penny market, easy to get to from the train station, three bus stops or 15-20 min of walk. Giorgio (the owner) is a very nice guy, poor english speaker but you can work the words out of him to get to understand what he says.

Not many places to store your clothes.

It was near the La Spezia Station to get the train anywhere! Bus is only 2 minutes walk! It was very clean and well ventilated!

Very good

Very nice room and beautiful bathroom, very thoughtfully designed. The garden is obviously a labour of love too, with bunches of grapes on the vine and flowers in bloom. Quiet backstreet area. A mile from the train station to access the Cinque Terre.

A bright light shone into the room from the street all night - could do with a blackout blind or similar. (We hung a blanket over the thin curtain, which helped a little). Parking is just on the street, rather than fully secure, though no problems encountered.

The accommodation was very very clean. Great room and terrace. Also very friendly owners. We felt at home. The station in La Spezia is a 15 min walk end from there you can take the train to Cinque Terre. We had a great stay.

Very clean room, coffee and tea supllies were replenished on time, gorgeous bathroom and free parking next to the house. Host gave us good advice on Cinque Terra visit.

Jacuzzi didn't work - it was a big selling point for us when choosing the venue. Hosts do not speak English (not a huge deal), wifi instructions are completely unclear (wrote Q instead of @)

This place is amazing! Sparkling clean, huge bathroom, great terrace and comfy bed. There's a coffee machine and little treats everyday, we even got fresh grapes from their garden! Great value for money.

A wonderful surprise

The host immediately saw and guessed we were the guests he was waiting for :) He guided us to our room which is on the upper floors facing the court. The room is very stylish and comfortable. We had our own fridge and an espresso machine :D We even had our own little patio where we could sit out and drink our tea/coffee. This has been better than some of the hotels I stayed in.

Finding the parking & entrance. With the gps you are guided to the front door of the house but this is not the main entrance. You need to turn right and there is a parking available here (44°07'07.1"N 9°48'17.1"E) and the entrance to the Villa is also found in the back area here.

Friendly hosts and very nice room

The bnb is located in a quiet neighbourhood, around 15 mins walk from La Spezia centrale train station. It was a bit tricky to find the hotel at night, since it is a bit hidden from the main street. There is a free parking place next to the hotel, we left our car there for 2 nights and we didn't have any issues. The host was very friendly and gave us infos about the hikes in Cinque Terre and Portovenere. The room was very nice and spacious. We had a piano in our room!how cool is that! We were in the room in front of the garden. Our room was very clean and modern. It had a little fridge and a real hairdryer (not like the tiny ones most hotels provide). Near the hotel, 3 mins away,there is a penny supermarket and lots of coffee bars. If we come back to.La Spezia, we are staying there without a doubt. 100% recommended 😉

Nice place in a quiet area. The most noise comes from the next door football pitch where games stop around 23:00. The walk into town is about 15-20 min.

The property has 3 rooms, we had a small room with a giant bathroom. Unfortunately the bathroom was not ensuite. In the booking system it says private bathroom, but you can't see if it is ensuite

Prima basis voor bezoek aan Cinque Terre

Prima en zeer schone accomodatie in La Spezia. Op loopafstand (20 min) van station waar je de trein naar Cinque Terre kunt pakken. Na nog geen 10 minuten ben je bij het eerste dorp. Parkeren kan bij accommodatie, heel vriendelijke host. Supermarkt en ontbijtcafeetje op paar minuten lopen van accommodatie.

Superbe séjour au top il n’a rien à dire de négatif

La propreté au top, le service et l’accueil chaleureux de Giorgio (n’hésitez pas à lui demandé des conseils sur quoi faire et où, les locaux sont les meilleurs conseiller). La chambre et la vue depuis la terrasse au top. Emplacements près de la gare (15 min à pied)
