A really nice one

Exactly what we expected based on the description, typical Italian house, perfect for a 3 star casa, in the outskirts of Trieste. Nice and helpful owner, comfortable rooms, bus stop to the city center, supermarkets around, safe neighborhood, liked it very much for a long weekend. The private parking lot is an extra.

There are minor things that could be better, but I still rate it for maximum for its category and great value for its price. Ok, to mention something, there are no napkins or paper towel in the kitchen, we missed that, but didn't worry too much.

Location is good, but cleanliness...

Location is good and parking is safe.

The only good things about this app are locatoin and safe parking. But when we're talking about cleanliness - disaster!! Beds very dirty and had small of sweat - all 4 beds we were using... It seemed as if the beds had not been changed since the previous guests. Entire app (and the building) has smell of moisture of something similar - so had to ventilate all app instade of going out and relaxing... We had just one role toalet paper od 4 people on 2 nights- the apartment should provide some essential things. Behind the door in the kitchen were pieces of bread. Also, we didint recieve any pin to get in app and we were waiting for host for 45 minutes.

L’appartamento è grande ed è posizionato al capolinea della linea 6. Molto facile muoversi con i mezzi lasciando la macchina nel comodo parcheggio

La stanza da letto affaccia proprio sulla strada e ogni rumore entra senza filtri. L’arredamento è un po’ datato

La posizione è il parcheggio privato anche se a pagamento.

La casa non rispecchia le foto in quanto è molto datata e in cattivo stato di manutenzione, la casa era sporca soprattutto in terra, appena entri emana un forte odore sgradevole e di fogna e cosa fondamentale la proprietaria e’ molto scortese e indisponente.

Disponibilità dei gestori e cordialità, dimensioni dell’alloggio, servizi ( parcheggio fondamentale).

Struttura un po’ datata, impossibile chiudere alcune imposte.
