THE VIEW TO THE SEA KEEPS YOU OUT OF BREATH

The fact that We have booked this apartment many times means that it worths it. It’s close to the main road and the bus stop, yet very peaceful and quiet. It’s big, old, yet perfectly clean apartment. The view from the terrace is just amazing. Two comfortable bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. There is a good washing machine and a dishwasher. Good communication with Trieste reception. There is a parking lot as well.

I little cold during autumn and winter. A coffee machine would be a great complement.

Big appartement, great view with some hick-ups

* It´s an older appartment but all in all very nice to stay with a great view over Trieste and the ocean * all there in the kitchen and very spacious living room with comfy couches * there are some private books and also kids toys (from the owner) in the shelves * parking lot is quite narrow, but still great its there because on the (tight) street you wont find any free space

* Its quite annoying driving into the city center to the office for a "face check" to get the entry details, although one has already done an online check-in...the location is in a 4km distance of the office * the water pressure in the appartement is an imposition - only 1 bar, very low - showering takes like forever * some light bulbs are not working * strong stench in the bathroom form the sink * in Winter time its quite cold in the appartement even though the radiators are running almost all day (take slippers if you dont like cold feet)

Location. If You want to stay in outskirt of Trieste, where is calm, walking/running path along the sea, Barcola district is perfect choice.

The aprtment is old. I would say, the last repair was done 50 years ago. The balcony to enjoy beatiful view could be used very limited due to lack of normal chairs. Terrible smell from pipes in bathroom. A rude neighbor on the 1st floor will get upset if the car is not parked according to the rules, which may not be followed if someone else parks the car in your place. The apartment overprised. I would not recommend.

It is a big disappointment that even with the help of Booking's assistance service, we could not get

beautiful view And Place

After confirming the reservation, the host did not answer questions about our arrival. Upon arrival at the apartment, the keys were kept in a locked box, to which we did not receive a pin code even after 3 hours of waiting. Even the Booking assistant did not help us with this. If there were no local residents, we would have to sleep in the car. very bad experience!!

Die Aussicht war toll! Punkt!

Der Ausblick von der Terasse ist wirklich wunderschön und entschädigt für vieles. Parkplatz auch für einen SUV ausreichend da nur noch 4 PKW da stehen und abgeschlossen ist er auch.

Es ist alles verwohnt und zum Teil defekt. Die Küche ist zum kochen unvollständig und unappetitlich . Es gibt keine Kaffeemaschine und der Wasserkocher war unter dauer-Strom und somit auch gefährlich . Es gibt auch keine Geschiertücher oder Tücher um den Tisch sauber zu wische . Im Badezimmer ist der Kalt - Wasserhahn am Waschbecken defekt, somit hatten wir dort nur extrem heißes Wasser. Der Toilettensitz war völlig lose. Der Sofa Tisch ist beim bewegen auseinander gefallen und die vielen Wasserflecken auf dem Tisch, sehr unappetitlich. Da ich der Reinigungskraft helfen wollte, habe ich am letzten Tag das Bett abgezogen, dass hätte ich lieber nicht getan!!! Das Kopfkissen und die Matratzen Auflage waren dunkel gelb. Das hat uns den letzten schock versetzt und das für 170 Euro am Tag !!! Und zum Schluss, 5 Etagen inkl. außen Treppe ist mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung . Nach meiner Beschwerde, am 1. Tag inkl. Fotos, wollte man uns einen Handwerker und eine Reinigungskraft schicken, aber sorry wir haben 6 Tage Urlaub, da warte ich nicht auf Handwerker. Was ging haben wir selbst repariert!!!!

Eine schöne Auszeit zum Wohlfühlen.

Das Apartment ist genau so schön wie auf den Fotos und die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Es ist alles sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und man kann sich wohlfühlen. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und bemüht (eine Agentur, die alles sehr profesionell erledigt). Es hat alles gut geklappt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Schöne Lage! Geräumiges Appartment, Parkplatz, traumhafter Meerblick! Gute Busverbindung in die Stadt!

Die Polsterfüllungen sollten getauscht werden, keine Infastruktur in der Nähe, weder Bar noch Geschäft, keine Geschirrtücher, Kaffee oder Tee im Appartment! Nur Bialetti zum Kaffeemachen. Eine Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln wäre super gewesen!

Sehr schöne ruhige Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Eine tolle, sehr gemütliche und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage außerhalb von Triest. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist wunderschön, genau wie auf den Fotos. Wenn man Ruhe liebt, gerne spazieren geht, ist die Wohnung ideal. Zu Fuß ans Meer sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Der Bus, um ins Zentrum von Triest oder an andere Orte zu kommen, ist gleich um die Ecke in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in ca. 2 km Entfernung. Die Kommunikation mit Viviana von Trieste Reception war sehr gut und unkompliziert. Einfacher Check-in. Sie hat immer sofort geantwortet wenn ich eine Frage hatte. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Ruhig, geräumig, mit super Ausblick.

Das Apartment ist geräumig und hat einen super Blick aufs Meer und den Leuchtturm, einen großen Balkon und zwei Schlafzimmer. es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist gut, etwas außerhalb. Mit dem Bus sind es etwa 4-5 Stationen in die City. Insgesamt haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt.

Der Parkplatz ist sehr eng. Die Lampen über dem Bett funktionierten nicht. Beim Einschalten von Herd und Wasserkocher flogen die Sicherungen raus. Es roch etwas muffig, wenn man die Wohnung betrat. Die Balkonstühle am Esstisch waren nicht bequem. Die Tassen hatten teilweise noch braune Ränder. Es fehlte ein Küchentuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs.
