The apartment is big and furniture is quite new, nice bathroom, 2 TVs - for 3 people it was ideal. It is near the central bus station, the whole center can be reached by foot. The host reacted quickly in case of questions, everything easy. Parking is possible nearby - I used the garage at the bus station for 14,- per day. The host allowed early check-in - highly appreciated - thanks!!!
The window blinds of one room were closed and a sign showed that they are broken. So it was dark there. The park very close to the building (in front of the central bus station) was used as accomodation for homeless and in the evening there was a police operation with 4 police cars and plenty of police. Still I did not feel unsafe - I guess this was just bad luck.
