Very cozy place

The apartment is extremely well furnished, clean and well maintained. The building also looks very nice. There is a paid parking lot nearby with enough spaces so you can park safely.

The area it is located in is near the train station and looks a bit scary at night. This part of the city is quite dirty, maybe the city hall should pay more attention to the cleanliness and maintenance of the neighborhood.

Awesome flat but should have all references to onsite parking deleted - NO PARKING

Very nice flat, well designed and nicely appointed. Excellent kitchen and bath, and we really appreciated washing our clothes during a long trip. Contrary to listing, there is NO PARKING at this property and could not be any EV charging station since there is no place to put a car.

We didn’t get an answer as to why the booking.com listing says “parking is available onsite” when there is NO PARKING at this location. Upon arrival we were given a link to the management of a multistory at the bus station. The bus station is about two blocks away and requires payment every time the car is moved. The walk isn’t far once settled into the building where the flat is, but it is not convenient for unpacking the car and moving luggage to the unit. The parking has no affiliation to the rental property and is in no way on the same site as the flat, therefore it should not be listed as “onsite.”

Perfect for pre or post cruise accomodation or short stays.

Convenient location only a short walk from the train station, bus depot and taxi stand. Accessing the apartment was very simple and the building was generally quiet and well kept. The Canel and Piazza Grande are within a 15 minute walk with several grocery stores, restaurants and cafes along the way. We stayed the night prior to boarding our cruise, and decided to use the public bus which departs less than 100 meters from the property and dropped us off in front of the cruise terminal for about 2 euros per person.

There were a few items missing from our room that took us by surprise. Firstly, be careful of which apartment you are booking as there was no washing machine in our apartment, although washing machines are are listed in the main facilities section of the complex, not all apartments include them. The iron was also missing, which we didn't discover until getting our clothes ready for the next day. The ironing board was present but not the iron. Even though we contacted the hosts and they told us where to look for it, I assume it was too late for them to rectifiy as they never replied once we advised it was not where they suggested it should be Also, there are no racks or trays for the oven, we had to just place our food in the bottom of the oven and hope it didn't burn. None of these were critical to our stay but could disrupt your plans if you were counting on using any of these facilities. Lastly and of more concern, the air conditioning unit it the main bedroom was leaking into the door frame, with a constant drip of rusty water coming down. The only option we had was to turn it off at night to avoid a puddle forming in the doorway. (during the day we could use pot to catch the dripping). I highly suggest the owner to look into this as it has to be ruining the interior wall of the apartment.

Perfect Stay in Triest

Fantastic location only a short walk from train and bus stations. And a short walk to the main square. Super quiet at night and lovely with the black out shutters. One of the best showers I’ve had in Italy in the last month. Super comfy bed as well. Host was very good with communication and flexible with check out. Easy to find and access and nice to have a lift with our suitcases. Only stayed one night

Perfect location for our short stay in Trieste, right at the edge of the old town and with close access to public parking. Plenty of space for our family of four. Happy with my choice !

Great location and well-appointed apartment.

The apartment is very nicely appointed and furnished. Very spacious and clean too. Nice location near bus/train station and major sites in town. It was convenient to have a big elevator since we had a lot of luggage. A/C was nice and strong. Bathroom was large.

We had booked an apartment with a washing machine and had planned our trip around being able to do laundry in Trieste but due to a mix-up, we got the wrong room. Nevertheless, the host was very apologetic and helped us find a laundromat and refunded us some money to compensate for the inconvenience. This was appreciated.

There were many shortcomings in the apartment. The air conditioning was ineffective. It was too warm all night. The shower water was lukewarm, uncomfortable for showering. No one told us how to open the main door to the building. We pressed the button with the apartment name and the door opened automatically. When we were returning around midnight, an angry voice shouted at us that we were late because it was already time for bed.

Lovely apartment in a great location

The location is fantastic for a stay in the middle of Trieste. Beautifully decorated, lots of thoughtful touches, great location, good air conditioning. Great induction hobs, and a really good shower. Responsive staff who kindly allowed us early check-in.

Unfortunately the washing machine leaked quite badly when used. The kitchen would also benefit from some proper kitchen knives for prepping food with. We also had an issue with the lights turning themselves off every 10 minutes, which unfortunately couldn't be addressed during our stay.

Quite the best flat of its type and price-bracket we've ever stayed in. Extremely well-equipped and appropriately designed. Very close to the train and bus station, which will be a big plus for many travellers going on to Croatia (as we were).

New, clean and comfy place to stay at :)

A quiet street, just a few minutes' walk from the city center. The apartment is really beautiful. Everything is new, nicely decorated, place smelled great and what is most important to us, it was clean. We were delighted with the digital equipment. Blinds with remote control, two televisions, coffee machine, air conditioner… The bed was great,very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the apartment. The host Tommasso was a very kind young man, he explained everything to us in detail and he had answers to all our questions. Definitely a place we want to return to. :)

Appartamento bello, ben arredato, pulito. Riscaldamento funzionante ed appartamento ben riscaldato ideale per chi è freddoloso come me. Elettrodomestici funzionanti. Acqua calda corrente. Si dorme bene: materassi comodi e senza rumori molesti da appartamenti limitrofi. Zona comodissima, perché vicino alla stazione dei treni, a supermercato e ad altri servizi. Host gentile e disponibile.

Consigliamo di controllare meglio le coperte: sulla coperta di pile del divano letto abbiamo trovato un cerotto attaccato (quelli di tipo trasparente). Sarebbe comodo un cestino per i rifiuti in bagno e qualche cestino in più per la raccolta differenziata.

めちゃくちゃ広いのに部屋は暖かくて快適、可愛らしくて宝石箱の中にいるような感覚で子どもも終始大喜びでした！「写真よりずっと良かった」「トリエステ来たら絶対またここに泊まる」というのが家族の率直な意見でして、僕自身としても、この宿は最高評価を付けたいと思います！宿泊日直近にくれるオーナーさんからのインストラクションも明確かつ適切でやりとりも非常に楽でした！(実際にはオーナーさんとお会いすることなく全てが完結してしまうスマートな手法にも驚きでした！)駅からも、バスターミナルからも近い上、Canal Grandeにも徒歩で行けるし、近くに中華系の方が経営するショップがあるので無糖の烏龍茶が買えたり、安くて美味しいケバブ屋さんや元気がよくアットホームなカフェ&ピザ屋さんが近所にあったりするなどロケーションも最高です！トリエステ宿泊で迷われたら是非是非こちらもご検討になさってみてください！（マジで回し者などではないですよ笑)

特にないです！（一つだけ気付きの点があるとすれば建物入口にある大きなドアを開け10mほど進むとエレベーターがあるのですが、そこの空間が夕方以降は暗くなってしまうので女性や子ども達は多少怖がるかもしれませんが、こちらは建物側の話ですのでオーナーさんの落ち度は全く無いかと。。。ちなみにエレベーターに乗れば明るいですし該当の階に到着すると、いきなり近未来に迷い込んだかのような空間が広がっていますので、心配するようなことは何もないはずです！）
