I liked the apartment, and the comfort. Really nice location, easy to reach anything.
PLEASE PUT A MOSQUITO NET ON THE WINDOWS!!!!!! It was terrible, full of mosquitos inside, we couldnt rest... Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, for 3 days. Used sponges for the kitchen, there was no trash bags , either dishwasher detergent.. There is no signal because is pretty hidden apartment in the building, but the WIFI was out of work many times.

Wunderschöne Altbauwohnung, sehr sauber und bequem. Mit kleinen Details wohnlich gemacht.
Bad gross und praktisch.
Sogar eine Couch ist vorhanden.
Lage ganz nahe am Canal Grande
Handy Empfang nicht durchgehend gegeben.( Dicke alte Mauern? )

La struttura è oggettivamente molto bella, curata e confortevole. La posizione è fantastica, in una zona centralissima e comodissima per girare a piedi e visitare la città.
La gestione del check-in è stata pessima. Nonostante fossimo arrivati con ben due ore di ritardo rispetto all'orario stabilito, l'appartamento non era ancora pronto e abbiamo dovuto attendere per strada. Inoltre, lo staff ha dimostrato totale mancanza di professionalità ignorando anche i solleciti dell'assistenza clienti di Booking per risolvere il problema. La disorganizzazione rovina l'intera esperienza.
