The apartment is very big and well located in the city. Check in is overall very easy and staff respond quickly.
Not well insulated and lack of privacy: the apartment has access to an inside courtyard that other apartment also have access to (through windows). Another person was staying in the apartment next door and opened their courtyard window, which meant I could hear everything happening in their apartment, including an entire phone conversation at 10pm. This window also allowed them to see into my apartment (including the bedroom) as there are no curtains in most windows or very flimsy/see through ones (see photo attached). Did not feel very safe as a solo female traveler. The wifi also did not work in the bedroom and bathroom of the apartment as it did not reach these areas.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön zentral zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Altstadt gelegen und trotzdem ruhig. Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer waren gut ausgestattet und sauber. Bei Problemen war die Agentur ansprechbar und um Abhilfe bemüht.
Es ist keine Wohnung, in der man sich über Tag gern aufhalten möchte, weil die Fenster nur zu Lichtschächten gehen und damit die Räume sehr dunkel sind.
