For location ONLY, it’s perfect. Don’t expect the room to be clean.

The location was good

It wasn’t clean as you would assume by the pictures. Unfortunately, I thought I had taken pictures of our room but I was wrong. When we arrived we noticed the pillows had no cover, the shower/ bathroom was nasty and there were only 2 toilets rolls, which is ridiculous compared to how many nights we were staying.

Good location near a great coffee shop. Near ruins and near tramline etc not so close to the better restaurants and places to eat so get your walking shoes on.

There are stairs to the lift, it is not possible to leave luggage. They charge for an early checkin - 20 euro also just to leave bags. The communications with the service team was very confusing. They send you a letter with a non clickable Google link and then also WhatsApp making you do admin on your vacation. Don’t click the link copy id and they don’t accept drivers licence. They wanted to charge me for an early checkin that they wouldn’t allow as they made up rules that didn’t align with the emails. I asked for help over laundry and no answer was given. The service team are all platitudes and no actual service. Bed was ok, the duvet is thin and warm ( synthetic ???) pillows were very thin. There is a city tax which is a max of ten euro per person but the instructions make it out as a maximum of ten euro. We booked another apartment for the rest of our stay. It was much better organised and the fit out was better.

Pleasant, peaceful apartment in a lovely old building in a very good location for Trieste centre.

This apartment is located in an older building with lots of character very close to the centre of Trieste. Our stay was surprisingly peaceful given the location. The apartment is modern but nevertheless fits very well with the character of the building, we particularly liked the high ceilings and the wood floors. It has an excellent shower. From the apartment it is very easy to get to both the train/bus station and the centre of the city. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants close by and a small but well stocked supermarket in the next street.

We could have been more generously provided for with toiletries. We stayed for six nights but found that shampoo etc ran out after 2/3 days. Having to buy such items when travelling with limited luggage capacity is not ideal. Although conscious of the environmental impact, having a change of towels in this period would also have been appreciated.

Lovely apartment in a great location in Trieste

It was lovely and clean, decorated really nicely. Had all the facilities you’d need for a short stay. The location was perfect for seeing everything we wanted to see in Trieste. Very pleased.

The hand soap had run out and wasn’t topped up before we arrived. A very small issue.

Very central, modern and spacious.

This apartment was just lovely - high ceilings, modern, good seating options with a small couch and coffee table as well as table and chairs. The kitchenette had a small fridge/cook top/microwave/kettle/mokka coffee pot/crockery/cutlery. The bed was large and comfortable and the bathroom had a big shower with shower gel/hand wash and body lotion. The host was very responsive - we ran out of shower gel and she organised for the cleaners to provide us with a new bottle. The location of this apartment is fantastic - pretty much a 10 minute walk to everything.

There is no dishwasher and no washing machine - which will only be an issue if you stay more than a few days, or you like to cook or prepare food in your room.

Very funky and comfortable.

The access instructions to the address of the apartment could have been clearer as they are sent from a different address to the property. We walked to the office address first and eventually to the correct address having delved through the multiple duplicated emails sent.

Great location and nice building and room

Room 101 is a great size and floor plan with nice decor and good kitchen facilities and a decent size TV with a few English speaking channels. It’s secure and private , but the room is a little dark during the day. I felt safe walking around at night. Well located to the train, tram , buses, restaurants, supermarkets and Grande Canal. Isabel was very patient and helpful.

I was put into an inferior room by mistake this first of my 10 nights. This was resolved and some compensation provided albeit it was a hassle repacking and moving rooms. The kitchen needs kitchen towels and a decent brush for cleaning dishes. The bathroom vent occasionally smells really bad , depending on the weather, but you can close off that room and that’s common for very old buildings.

sehr nahe am Zentrum und zum Bahnhof, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation hat immer schnell funktioniert und die mails waren sehr freundlich geschrieben, sehr gutes und großes Bett und auch die Ausziehcouch war gut, schönes Bad, Lift in den zweiten Stock, Ausstattung der Küche etwas spärlich aber es war alles da, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Super Lage und nett eingerichtet. Mitarbeiterinnen vom U-Team waren super und zuvorkommend. Preis Leistung war ein Hit.

Leider gibt’s für die TouriTax und ev. Extras keinen Bezahllink sondern man muss die CC Nummer per WApp od Mail teilen. Finde ich in Zeiten von Phishing und co nicht cool. Ein gr Spiegel in der Gaderobe wäre gut, Ansonsten echt fein gewesen

Im 2ten Appartment war alles wunderbar. 2 schöne schmale Stadtbalkone, viel Platz, traumhafte Dusche, alles wie gewünscht und vorgestellt...

WIr hatten erst ein anderes Appartment. Anhand der anderen Kommentare lies sich dann herausfinden, dass dies leider kein EInzelfall zu sein scheint. Man bucht ein Appartment mit Balkon, allerdings scheint man relativ wahllos eines der 4 Appartments zu bekommen - am ersten Tag dann eben ohne Balkon. Beschwerde, längeres hin und her, am nächsten Tag durften wir das Appartment wechseln.

Centralissimo! Assolutamente consigliato!

La posizione è ottima, il palazzo che ospita la camera è un bel palazzo storico. Tutto pulitissimo. Piacevole sorpresa la bottiglia di vino di benvenuto in frigo.

Se proprio dobbiamo trovare un difetto, il bel parquet in alcuni punti scricchiola abbastanza. Per il resto tutto veramente eccellente.

Posizione sicuramente strategica

La posizione era molto comoda vicinissima a fermate , stazione , centro e punti d’incontro per le escursioni .

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto di non aver nessun contatto con il personale della struttura né al check in né al check out. Tutte le info che ho chiesto, era tramite messaggi su Booking . Sicuramente cortese e pronta nel rispondere , però avrei gradito personalmente un minimo di contatto , anche semplicemente un ben arrivati . Siamo arrivati sabato 5 luglio e partiti il 12 luglio la donna delle pulizie e venuta due volte .

Im Kühlschrank war eine Hochwertige Wsser und Weinflasche bereits vorbereitet, sehr nette Geste! Location ist perfekt, sehr Zentral! Apt. war sehr sauber und die Reinigungskräfte sehr nett. Kann ich jeden Empfehlen!

Leider ist es zu stoßzeiten sehr schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden..

dreckiges dunkles apartment in dem man nicht mal eine nacht sein möchte

das appartment was sehr dreckig. am boden viel staub mit haaren vermischt. es wurde wahrscheinlich Wochen nicht gestaubsaugt oder gewischt. das badezimmer such dreckig, man hat gesehen dass die amaturen nur mit einem handtuch gewischt wurden. am teppich die jausenbrösel vom vorherigen gast. es war wirklich ekelig. wir sind gleich abgereist, haben beweisfotos gemacht und bis heute das geld nicht zurückbekommen

Termosifone in bagno acceso tutta la notte senza possibilità di spegnerlo. Camera di dimensioni contenute, ideale solo per soggiorni brevi. Manca la TV in camera, è presente solo in soggiorno.

- Super Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Kanal und 5 min von der Piazza Dalmazia für viele Buslinien und die Linea 2 nach Opicina - Fußläufig alles für Selbstversorgung zu erreichen - Stilvoll eingerichtet & großzügig geschnitten - Elegantes Wohlfühl-Badezimmer - Was mir persönlich gefehlt hat: ein kleines Sideboard zur Ablage von Zeugs, ein Schminkspiegel Wir haben Spacey gebucht, alle Zimmergrößen sind gleich eingerichtet, manche mit Balkon. Und alle bieten eine gute Raumaufteilung. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal Comfy buchen.

Čudovit in dobro opremljen apartma v centru mesta

V apartmaju je bila tudi likalna miza z likalnikom, soba je imela balkon. Ob vstopu naju je pričakala steklenica vina in vode. Enostavna navodila za check-in. Kozmetika za nego je bila v apartmaju.

Soba je zelo glasna, saj je na eni glavnih prometnih ulic skozi mesto. Stavba se trese ko se mimo pripelje avtobus. Dodatna odeja je bila prez prevleke, saj v kolikor potujeta dva prijatelja je tezko spati pod eno veliko odejo. Dodatno ogledalo v predprostoru oz v spalnici bi bilo super. To so le predlogi za izboljšanje izkušnje.
