The apartment is well furnished, nothing was missing for a weekend or even longer stay. the location was great, easy to go into the historical center in a couple of minutes. Directly outside of the apartment there is a pedestrian area full of restaurants, bars, cafeterias with a lot of locals, not only tourists.

La struttura è in una posizione super centrale, comodissima per spostarsi a piedi. L’appartamento è molto bello, accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Le proprietarie sono state davvero gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissima!

The apartment itself is outstanding – spotless, well-equipped, perfectly located, and exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, the booking experience was the complete opposite. Until the very last minute, standing in front of the apartment, we were not sure whether we had been dealing with a legitimate host or a phishing attempt. We had to involve the Booking.com customer service because a security deposit was requested even though it was not mentioned in the listing, communication took place via external channels, and the contact details were inconsistent. We refused to pay the deposit under pressure and left only the tourist tax in the apartment. Although everything ultimately worked out, the entire process caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. Future guests should carefully verify any payment requests outside the information provided on Booking.com.
