Posizione molto comoda per girare il centro di Trieste e garage vicino casa per chi arriva in macchina! I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto anche trovare un condizionatore d’aria che non era previsto ma ci ha salvato con questo caldo!

Great stay in an amazing location! Fully equipped with everything needed. The explainer videos were very helpful and the free coffee was a great bonus. The AC in the bedroom was a lifesaver.
The bathroom is very small and the living room gets quite warm—a second proper AC there would be great! A bottle of water upon arrival and a second lockbox for the garage would make the experience even better!

Sehr heiß, direkt unterm Dach, Ein Klimagerät reicht nicht, um den großen Raum zu kühlen - hätte man auch schon vor Ankunft einschalten können 2. Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer hat nicht gearbeitet. Mineralwasser wäre bei dieser Hitze angenehm gewesen… Bad sehr eng, und mit Schimmel…

Location was good and the parking availability was great
Room was very hot however there was a AC and mobile ac on top of two ventilator. Some areas needs to be fixed. pricing should be fixed; ı saw 85 eur on first filter which was the reason i ve preferred , then at payment step it added 50 eur more on top of 6.6 tourist tax. The owner pointed booking.com who arranges the pricing but it s quite missleading.
