Ich hatte noch nie ein Appartement gebucht, das man per Schlüssel im Außentresor über Angabe auf mobiletelefon betreten kann. Hab mich (73 Jahre alt) sehr dumm angestellt. Nach Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, war dieser so nett und hat sich durch den Triester Straßenverkehr gequält. Er half mir sehr geduldig, ich hatte mich verlesen, konnte mit dem mobiltelefon nichts mehr machen, da mein Akku leer wurde. Also ziemlich stressig. Er blieb ruhig und alles klappte dann. Auch das Frühstück in dem sehr schönen Cafe war hervorragend. Außergewöhnliche Qualität und sehr freundlicher Inhaber.
Dem Vermieter würde es helfen, wenn er den Sanitärraum etwas renoviert.

Geräumig, gepflegt, zentrumsnah
Zugehöriger Parkplatz VIEL zu klein für ein normales KFZ. Wir mussten zusätzlich zum im Preis inbegriffen Parkplatz einen Stellplatz in der öffentlichen Garage mieten; Vermieter bot keine Hilfe beim Finden der Wohnung ( etwas schwer zu finden) an
